Abortion Activists Strip Down to Undies at Texas Church Service

Remember when church used to be a sanctuary of joy, peace, and the abounding love of Christ? Well in Houston, Texas, that picture of church was disturbed by deranged leftists.

At the 11 a.m. Pentecost Service at Lakewood Church in Houston, pro-abortion activists staged a protest right after senior pastor Joel Osteen finished his opening remarks June 5. The female activists then proceeded to strip “down to their undergarments” and scream anti-life slogans and expletives, according to Catholic News Agency

“My body, my f**king choice,” one girl screamed as she removed her dress, revealing she was wearing just a bra with green handprints across her breasts and red paint smeared across her underpants.

Another girl mirrored her performance and then shouted, “Overturn Roe? Hell, no!”

The protestors from Sunday are part of an activist group called Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights. They spend their days protesting against pro-life laws and individuals, so this Texas incident was nothing out of the ordinary. Julianne D’Eredita supposedly led the group of 13 activists into the Texas church. Incidentally, D’Eredita attended the church as a child and apparently has since rejected its teachings about the sanctity of life.

Unfortunately, churches have been under public scrutiny as of late due to the Bible’s staunch opposition of abortion. On May 3, the day after the leaked draft of the overturn of Roe, a Catholic parish in Colorado was defaced with pro-abortion slogans. On May 9, abortion activists dressed up in "Handmaid's Tale" outfits and stormed into a Los Angeles Catholic Mass. Later in May, a tabernacle was stolen and an angel statue was decapitated in New York. And sadly, the list goes on.

Lakewood Church is reportedly America’s largest Christian church and teaches on the principles of the Bible, which has clear indicators that abortion - the murder of innocent life - is antithetical to its principles. Previously Osteen expressed his opposition to abortion and stated that “every baby should live,” according to Christian Post. That statement, the fact that Texas has strict life-affirming laws, and the fact that Lakewood Church is typically broadcast to 16,800 people in house and millions of other viewers around the world, all likely contributed to the pro-abortionists targeting this specific location.

As the half-naked ladies were being escorted out by security, Osteen gave his best effort to speak over the shouting.

“Alright y'all, we love everybody so we just thank the Lord that He’s in control and He has all things in His hand, and I think as long as I keep talking you can’t hear what everybody else is saying,” he said as the congregation cheered to drown out the psychotic protests.

I have a feeling that outrage like this is going to continue in the coming weeks as the U.S. Supreme Court prepares its final decision regarding Roe v. Wade, because after all, the “tolerant left” is the furthest thing from tolerant.
