NJ Can Now Jail Pro-Lifers for Causing 'Emotional Harm."

New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill is applauding herself for signing a law that somehow protects people’s right to “health care” by violating everyone else’s First Amendment right to protest it.

By “healthcare,” she means “reproductive” and “gender-affirming” care. “Reproductive” care means violently aborting the re-production of unborn children by giving them heart attacks, before vacuuming their limbs out of the womb, among a plethora of other methods.

That type of “care” is legal at any stage of pregnancy in New Jersey, and sponsored by tens of millions of taxpayer dollars, as Sherrill boasts.

Her definition of “gender-affirming” care means pumping vulnerable children with sex-change hormones and playing Mengele with their parts because they were convinced their gender is whatever they feel at the moment.

Sherrill’s new law purports to establish criminal penalties for intentionally injuring, threatening, intimidating or physically blocking people from seeking this kind of “care.” What she doesn’t mention is that committing any of those offenses are already outlawed under the FACE act, passed by Congress in 1994.

Instead, her law adds “emotional harm” and “mental anguish” to the list of crimes, which means any statement, prayer, facial expression or sneeze that you make within at least 25 feet of one of these clinics could get you imprisoned for up to 18 months. Naturally, the governor calls this defending “freedom,” as part of her ongoing strategy of re-writing terms to mean their opposite.
