Ohio’s “pro-choice” lawmakers believe they’re owning the Right by proposing a bill that would ban men from ejaculating during sex without the intent of making babies.
Democrat State Representatives Anita Somani and Tristan Rade are desperately trying to make some kind of gotcha argument against abortion bans by demanding men pay a fine up to $10,000 if they’re caught doing so.
That’s why they introduced "The Conception Begins at Erection Act" this week, attempting to twist the factual pro-life slogan, “life begins at conception” into some kooky radical theory.
Of course, members of the “LGBTQ” alphabet brigade are exempt from this law. Your right to butt hump is still protected!
“The whole entire point of this bill wasn’t to get it passed,” admitted Rade in an interview with ABC 6.

Instead, it is to “call out the hypocrisy of, particularly, the state legislator when they bring forward the bills to regulate women’s bodies,” he reasoned in some flimsy straw man that compares killing babies to the simple act of jerking off.
“If you’re going to penalize someone for an unwanted pregnancy, why not penalize the person who is also responsible for the pregnancy?” Somani questioned in a statement obtained by the New York Post.
Their attempt at witticism falls short when you read that argument back to them: Murdering your preborn child is justified if you didn’t want it. The father should instead be punished for helping create the life you stole??
But logic is a foreign concept to these adult children who are applauding themselves for wasting the state’s time, money and resources to make an edgy statement.
“This may be considered a waste of money by some people,” admitted Rade. But who cares about those taxpaying commoners simply trying to commute to work without running over potholes, when you can use their money to lecture them!
“We have had far bigger misuse of taxpayer money,” she reasoned. (Like progressives funneling hundreds of thousands of USAID dollars toward transgender operas, DEI musicals overseas and condoms overseas?)
Maybe it should only be illegal for their ilk of kooks to reproduce.
