It’s no doubt that MSNBC’s pompous lefty talking head Rachel Maddow is having a bad day. Apparently, it was so bad that she interrupted the network’s coverage of the inauguration of President Donald Trump to bemoan how outgoing President Joe Biden was a victim of — get this — partisan attacks.
No, we’re not kidding.
The host of The Rachel Maddow Show chose to be crass by inserting herself into the January 20 proceedings at Capitol Hill, “I’m just going to break in here for a moment” before arbitrarily elevating a supposed Biden quote victimizing himself as a pretext for his outrageous preemptive pardons for members of his family.
“I apologize to tell you that as president-elect Trump has taken the stage here, we’ve just had an announcement from President Biden, quote, ‘My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats motivated solely by a desire to hurt me, the worst kind of partisan politics.’”
Hmm, she's apologizing for offering this random plug for all the Biden voters watching? Whatever. What a way to memory-hole the legal hell the Biden administration and the left dragged Trump and his family through the past four years.
Oh shut up: It wasn't long before Rachel @maddow interrupted the proceedings to make Biden out to be a victim of the "worst kind of partisan politics" as a pretext for his preemptive pardons. Wow, what a way to memory-hole what Trump has been put through the past four years. pic.twitter.com/aAsMeY5kMC

Maddow continued, regurgitating Biden talking points like a trained parrot:
“‘I have no reason to believe that these attacks will end.’ He has exercised his pardon power to pardon his family: James P. Biden, Sarah Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens and Francis Deputy Biden. Outgoing President Joe Biden issuing pardons to members of his immediate family as what appears to be his last act as president.”
But what can we expect from the insufferable Maddow? Her level of self-awareness of the partisan political hack jobs she helped foment against Trump on her own network is next to nil, such as when she brazenly announced June 2023 that her network would refuse to air Trump’s remarks during a post-arraignment speech, because it won’t “knowingly broadcast untrue things.” Ironic isn’t it? Of course, Maddow’s network had no problem later in August 2023 airing wall-to-wall coverage of Trump’s every move to and from the Fulton County, Georgia jail where he was fingerprinted and got his mug shot taken prior to him giving another speech, which the outlet again refused to air.
