Okay, BIGOT: Forbes Teaches ‘Ways to Decenter Whiteness in Your Workplace’

Forbes is taking the Thanksgiving season to wokescold companies on why they should “decenter whiteness” in their workplaces. Yes, you read that right.

Forbes’ racist Nov. 19 post of its propaganda on X spoke for itself: “3 Ways To Decenter Whiteness In Your Workplace.” The article, published Oct. 25 by senior contributor Janice Gassam Asare, railed how “[w]hite-centering can be thought of as a system that prioritizes white dominant culture to the detriment of non-white groups and cultures.” The agitprop pontificated to readers how “White-centering has been given many names including the white gaze and whiteness as the default.” According to Asare's openly brazen prejudice, businesses that haven’t yet addressed “white-centering” are knee-capping social justice. “Because white-centering is often left unexamined and unchecked, equity and justice have continued to evade organizations.”

Oh, but Asare didn’t stop there. “There are an infinite number of ways that whiteness is centered within organizations,” she wrote. In her twisted view, “The ways that whiteness is centered in the workplace are endless.” Forbes' post of the prejudicial article was heavily ratioed, with over 7,000 comments and just over 370 likes so far.

Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) didn’t hold back on the ludicrousness of Forbes’ logic. “I'm just done with this shit. It's racist and it's gross. Forbes should be ashamed of themselves for publishing it,” Vance rebuked in a Nov. 22 X post. He also that he directed his staff "to investigate whether [the woke author’s] ‘business’ receives any public money from Ohio.”

Asare’s so-called “3 Ways” to attack whiteness involved distorted conceptualizations of “Education,” “Objectivity” and “Accountability.” She just couldn’t stop herself spewing anti-white racism:

The acceptance of white dominant culture as the norm leads to the othering of employees that don’t meet these standards. This problem is amplified because of the lack of understanding and awareness of how whiteness, as system, is prioritized in our workplaces.

Make it stop.
