Over the weekend, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis gave a speech decrying the “woke mind virus,” but according to NBC Late Night host Seth Meyers’s Monday “Closer Look,” it is people like DeSantis who have a mind virus, because all they care about is “a collection of petty grievances” while he wants to teach accurate history and “provide gender-affirming care to children.”

On MSNBC's Morning Joe, Jonathan Lemire says that Donald Trump is attempting to "blackmail" Republicans into nominating him by refusing to say that he will support the nominee if it is not him, thus fracturing the party and assuring defeat. 
 

On MSNBC's Velshi, fill-in host and turncoat Republican Michael Steele brought on pseudo-historian Michael Beschloss to give his take on the current Republican Party and the looming presidential campaign. As per usual, Beschloss took the segment off the rails and provided the most unhinged and conspiratorial take imaginable while disguising it as a historical analysis. 

During Sunday’s State of the Union on CNN, political commentator and GOP strategist Scott Jennings expertly demonstrated that it doesn't matter who Republicans nominate for President in 2024 or in any year. Democrats and their allies in the leftist media will smear and attack whoever the GOP nominee is, and they will be smeared the same way Trump was. 

Washington Post “Fact Checker” Glenn Kessler was a State Department reporter, so he tends to put the most swagger into his foreign-policy Pinocchio-throwing. On March 1, he threw Three Pinocchios at Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley, quibbling with her statement on Fox Business that “The number one thing I would do is stop giving foreign aid to our enemies.”

CBS Saturday Morning issued a correction to their February 25 report that Florida may ban the children’s book Sulwe under the Stop Woke Act for simply having a black character after a NewsBusters report. However, the correction omitted some key information and left uncorrected similar CBS reports.

MSNBC has officially run out of original thoughts. On Thursday’s Alex Wagner Tonight, the eponymous host and Columbia Journalism School Dean Jelani Cobb came together to agree with Critical Race Theorist Kimberlé Crenshaw that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is a fascist.

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel reacted the first day of the Conservative Political Action Conference with his usual hurling of insults as he labeled attendees as both “fascist” and “racist.”

Broadcasting directly from Telemundo´s studios in Miami, Florida, the liberal hostesses of the network´s afternoon talk show La Mesa Caliente (The Hot Table), aired their collective DeSantis derangement by falsely claiming that Floridians will see tax hikes as a result of the end of Walt Disney World´s self-governing status via revocation of the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

CBS’s Stephen Colbert and NBC’s Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers all spent part of their Tuesday shows falsely claiming Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis seeks to ban the teaching of history in the state as they reacted to different parts of the DeSantis-driven news cycle.

On MSNBC’s The ReidOut, host Joy Reid melted down once again over Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis. Proving how terrified the left is of DeSantis becoming the Republican nominee. According to Reid, DeSantis is a “more functionally authoritarian version of Trump” and would seek a return to a “Pre-civil rights America.” 

The folks at The New York Times Book Review would like you to believe they are the nation's premier evaluators of books, fiction and nonfiction.
