In a commentary segment on the October 22 edition of his eponymous Fox Business Network program, Lou Dobbs took on the liberal media's concerted effort to aid President Obama and Democrats. In part of that commentary segment, the veteran business journalist cited a brand-new study by the Media Research Center which "looked at the midterm election coverage of ABC, CBS, and NBC and found those three networks have essentially blacked out the expected Republican wave election prospects."
By contrast, he added, "in 2006, for example, when Democrats took both houses of Congress... ABC, CBS, NBC's evening newscasts, well, they couldn't stop talking about the midterms then.Yet over this past month and a half, ABC hasn't devoted a single story to it. CBS only 14, NBC only 11."
