As an image rolled of the Olympic Stadium bathed in smog, Mika was actually the first to start coughing, with Joe joining in.
BRZEZINSKI: [cough, cough, cough]As Joe continued to cough . . .
SCARBOROUGH: [Still in PA mode] Move that bike!
