Super Bowl commercials are one of the most anticipated elements of the NFL’s big game. But Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took exception to a pair of advertisements that were faith-based.
AOC criticized a pair of ads put out by the Non-Profit “He Gets Us,” an organization that tries to portray Jesus and his teachings from a left-of-center perspective.
Both ads focused on a message of loving your neighbor, which is nearly impossible for anyone to find something wrong with. I say nearly impossible because AOC did just that.
She tweeted out that somehow, these ads made fascism look acceptable.
Something tells me Jesus would *not* spend millions of dollars on Super Bowl ads to make fascism look benign

I’m sorry, how can you possibly equate loving your neighbor - with facism? Leave it to AOC to say something ridiculous.
Twitter users were quick to roast this unintelligent congress women, with one user even praising her for her services as a theologian!
Are you a theologian now? What can you not do?

I wonder if AOC would have anything to say about all the football players that expressed their faith in the buildup to the Super Bowl, including Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes. Are they fascists now too since they’re Jesus followers? That’s what she thinks!
AOC would be wise to shut her mouth more often than not -- but at least we get a few laughs when she decides to speak.
