Greg Gutfeld Calls Jane Fonda, Paul Krugman and 'The Creeps at Daily Kos' Skunks
Greg Gutfeld on Saturday went after "hacks with an axe to grind" whose "rush to judgment" concerning last Saturday's shootings in Tucsocn "revealed the media's not so secret biases towards certain political personalities and movements."
Offering his opinion at the end of "Fox News Watch," the "Red Eye" host specifically named Jane Fonda, Paul Krugman, and "the creeps at Daily Kos" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
JON SCOTT: Before all of the victims in last week’s shootings in Tucson could be taken from the scene, some in the mainstream media had already made charges of guilt. “Red Eye’s” Greg Gutfeld sums it up for us.
GREG GUTFELD: So a lot’s been said regarding the ghastly events that took place last Saturday, but I'm going to focus on the media whose opinions seem in stark contrast from the facts, and it’s the facts that matter, not the thoughts of hacks with an axe to grind. For it was their rush to judgment that revealed the media's not so secret biases towards certain political personalities and movements among lefty columnists, celebs and talking heads. Their responses barely concealed a morbid glee in getting their assumptions met using harsh rhetoric that they themselves pretend to condemn. They pumped out manufactured outrage all to control the narrative.
And who showed up? Jane Fonda, Paul Krugman, the creeps at Daily Kos and Media Matters, and even Washington Post columnist Courtland Milloy who wanted to spit on the Tea Party but now blames the right for the shootings. And then there’s the Democrat that wants to ban symbols. I believe that’s symptom one in the diagnosis “You’re stupid.”
And so the amnesiacs galloped to one conclusion, forgetting that doing the same thing with the Fort Hood shooter would be seen as bigotry. Really, I want to go after these ghouls gorging on tragedy, but as someone famous once said, “Wrestling with a skunk only leaves you smelly and the skunk happy.”
There were a lot of skunks out there last weekend and they all stunk.
For “Fox News Watch,” I’m Greg Gutfeld.
As readers are likely aware, NewsBusters covered the dishonestly of most of these "skunks" last week:
- Jane Fonda Blames Giffords Shooting on Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and the Tea Party
- Paul Krugman Blames Giffords Shooting on Palin, Limbaugh and Beck
- Wash Post Columnist Who Wanted to Bash Tea Partiers' Teeth In Trashes Boehner, Conservatives for Harsh Rhetoric
- Markos Moulitsas's nonsense can be found inside the aforementioned Krugman piece
A pretty smelly quartet to say the least.

The comparison between the Tuscon and Ft. Hood . . .

. . . shootings is not only appropriate, it's key to exposing the lefty bias of the MSM.
Gutfeld isn't the first to point it out, but I'm glad he re-emphasized it.
Thanks goes to all the folks

Thanks goes to all the folks with positions visible enough to actually challenge the clear lying that took place even after some of the original kneejerk comments could have been marginally attributed to just "emotional outbursts".
There is no reason to wrestle the skunks in order to hold them accountable. Taking the high road means doing just what the folks here at NB and MRC have been doing. Keeping it real and just telling the truth no matter what that truth is refreshing and keeps alive the possibility that we might just see and end to the corrupt media structure that exists today.
Now, let's see if ABC does so also or if tries to hide the footage it has of the newest development....... A Republican and a Tea party member told "Your Dead.".

Guttfeld has an absolute knack for skewering the left on its own hypocrisy. Being something of an alliterative wordsmith doesn't hurt.
On that note, Cool

I look forward to Dennis Miller's forthcoming comments about what has taken place.
Paul Krugman--did you ever see the "Producers"

Sorry I ca't stay on point here but did you ever see the movie with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder "The Producers"? there was a character in it named Carmen Ghia, the resemblance and nuance is amazing. From now on please refer to Krugwoman as Carmen Ghia.
"Don't let the bastards grind you down."

Truth

In the last couple days the truth about the mad-man in AZ is all over the news. Not one article about his dislike of Palin, Rush, Beck,Tea party or any other decent American's. Just aricles about his bizzare behavior going on for years. Yet, not one TV station or the bafoons who report the news have made one effort to apologise for "assuming" his behavior had everything to do with Conservatives or any political agenda what-so-ever. Krugman is a Nobel Prize Winner?? He should now receive the Liars Prize Winner. Hope Mark Levin is on his way to court.

Why the hell is this old broad still out in public let alone shooting her face off ?
She should have got life for treason. Either that or buried in a Viet Cong foxhole.
Ghouls feasting on

Ghouls feasting on tragedy.
That pretty much sums up every lefty media personality, leftist politician and leftist hollywood hack.
These losers literally thirst and hunger for death, misery and destruction - because they want to use any and all such things to 'blame' conservatives for each and every tragedy that happens.
They wanted the US to lose in Iraq - literally hoping soldiers would be killed because they wanted plenty of corpses to use as tools in their media war against Bush. They thirsted for the blood of our own soldiers. They stil hope for more of our soldiers to be killed in Afghanistan. They hunger for their flesh. They're ghouls and vultures, lusting for our troops to be killed.
They feast on unborn infants, hoping that if they can just abort enough fetuses and bathe in their pureed juice that it will somehow make them immortal. They hide their ghoulish lust for the flesh of unborn babies by calling them 'embryonic stem cells'.
They want humans to be 'eliminated', saying that only reducing populations will 'stop global warming' (even though its a proven hoax). Many leftist enviro-kooks are flat out asking for percentages of the human population to be eliminated to 'reduce our carbon footprint'. (Who exactly they are asking to willingly report to the gas chambers to fulfill their ghoulish desire they havent' said. They themselves are NOT volunteering). Ghoulish - to crave human deaths in some kind of eco-nazi concentration camp.
The examples could go on. But this article was right. The leftists out there are ghouls. Calling them skunks is an insult to skunks.
Yay!

Well said, Greg...
By the way, we need a conservative television news network. I'm so sick of having to reach for the mute button when the "liberals" spew their garbage on Fox...

Isn't Paul Krugman an Economist? Isn't that like asking my local plumber what his thoughts were concerning this tragic occurrance?
BTW, I hold the plumber with the highest regards, unlike Krugman.
Shouldn't there have been, Like a real journalist with criminology experince / background reporting?

That's a good idea. Only one problem. That concept would bring facts into the picture, which would interfere with the Left's agenda, which is: blame Fox News, blame Sarah Palin, blame Rush Limbaugh, blame talk radio, etc., etc. The only one left out is the actual perpetrator. Of course, we can't blame him. He's a victim. We have no healthcare, and we have no government, which is why he's crazy. I am, of course, paraphrasing the expert on the American economy and its effect on psychological health care, Bill Maher. Also, there are so few real journalists today that, if one were to search for such an animal, they might become a modern-day Diogenes.
