We have many departments here at NewsBusters. Consult the guidelines below in order to ensure you are reaching the correct people. Due to the large amount of email we receive each day, your email may not necessarily receive a response. We do read all emails, however.

• If you are trying to contact a member of the news media regarding something you read or watched here on NewsBusters, you are in the wrong place. NewsBusters is not affiliated with any newspaper, television channel, radio host, etc. Try looking around on the official site of the media outlet you are attempting to contact instead. • If you are asking about a username, password, or login problem, you must include the user name you signed up for. Please note that there is a waiting period between the time you sign up for a user name and the time it is approved for use. Wait at least one week before emailing us about a new account.
• If you are submitting a bug report, please tell us your web browser and operating system versions. If you do not include this information, your bug report will be far less useful.
• We welcome submissions from qualified writers. Before contacting us, please familiarize yourself with the NewsBusters style guide as well as the MRC's guidelines as to what constitutes liberal media bias. We are not interested in submissions that advocate for or against political parties or politicians.
