In the schoolyard of American politics, President Obama is the big, smart kid with all of the test answers who's being bullied by a bunch of Neanderthal ankle-biters from all sides.

He may have all the test answers, but that's not because he's smart...it's because a) his goons have stolen the test answers and b) he's the beneficiary of media-driven social promotion...he's gotten automatic advancement without the media testing him to see if he actually knows the answers.  Obama has actually beaten the Peter Principle in that he's risen well beyond his level of incompetence.

Read Behar's quote again -- allow me to break it down as lyrics:

It has curious similarities to the lyrics in the infamous praise-Obama call-and-response diddy sung by the young school children, but more combative. 

On a different note, it's interesting that the loyal subjects of Obama-dom like Behar are already perceiving that their hero is being bullied by conservative media.   They belittle Fox News, and Limbaugh, et al, as being the voice of a sliver of society (to paraphrase leftist Joe Klein), yet they credit it with neutralizing Obama's effectiveness.  The hopeful Behar even suggests that Obama has not yet begun to fight back (to paraphrase American naval hero John Paul Jones), as if any day now he will seize the initiative and win the day. 

I suspect she's not alone.

I usually like Joy but she is a bully when it comes to politics.  She cannot attack using issues and facts to support her positions and opinions so she resorts to child-like street fighting.  Nah, nah, your mama wears combat boots.  Grow up, Joy, and use your brain. I think, however, she resorts to bully comments because she has no way to defend what Obama is doing.

Obama's IQ=138. I guess categorized as "genius," but probably shared by commentators on Fox, even. And smart is as smart does.

Instead of trying to be witty or scatological or shocking or whatever, nibbling on someone more successful (Beck), or making up excuses for a president who makes up his own excuses daily, why not concentrate on creating a show that is fact-filled, well researched, funny, interesting, and informative--maybe people will like you instead.
