BTW isn't it amazing that he's too busy with the economy to respect our best ally, at the same time that he's whining to American media that he has "other things to worry about" besides the economy!!

However, England is hardly the only sea-faring country that was involved in slave trading.  What about Spain, Portugal, and the Dutch traders?  I reckon he'll snub them as well, yes?

And also, what about the African tribes who fought, defeated, and sold other African tribes to these traders to begin with?  Does this mean our nation will now snub certain parts of Africa?

Oh, and who here, raise your hand please, was actually ALIVE during the "slave days" and the Civil War?  How long ago was this historical event, with white folks owning slaves?
