MSNBC Says It Scrapped Ed Show 'Get Out the Vote' Anti-Walker Ad
On Thursday, NB's Mark Finkelstein reported that MSNBC was airing an ad for The Ed Show and its obsession with recalling Gov. Scott Walker that said “Get Out The Vote!” Washington Post media blogger Erik Wemple picked up the story and lamented that MSNBC would be so baldly partisan, except – MSNBC told him it was being scrubbed.
"No need to lecture too much here, because MSNBC told me yesterday evening that it has taken a critical look at the spot.” he reported. MSNBC spokeswoman Lauren Skowronski said “The spot is being revised. The original version is no longer airing.”
Schultz was turning to former Sen. Russ Feingold (defeated in 2010 by Sen. Ron Johnson) to predict that Walker is toast:
RUSS FEINGOLD: By a majority, the people of the state will make the tough decision to recall Scott Walker. With the turnout I expect on our side, I think we`ll prevail. I want you to keep telling everybody that he`s in the driver`s seat. They`re going to get a rude shock on Tuesday night if they believe that, because I think we`ve got far more momentum than people realize.
SCHULTZ: If anyone knows the people of Wisconsin, it`s Russ Feingold.

Doesn't Ed know any winning candidates?

Russ Feingold lost, so it shows you how well he knows Wisconsin voters. What's next--will he bring on Alan Grayson to discuss how Obama will carry Florida in a landslide?
Poor Russ Feingold

It hasn't really sunk in that he was emphatically rejected by Wisconsin voters.
He is still in the first stage of grief - denial.

still can't figure out that the libs are using him. He can sit on his butt night after night and spew his crap on national tv and no one, msdnc, will do a dam thing about it. His "show" has only radicals as "guests" bashing all things negative toward Conservatives which libs love. Free campaigning on a tv network with fatso being used to deliver the goods. He, in his deluded mine, thinks he is a big shot not realizing he is used
