A scientist see a flock of white swans.  He puts forth a theory that all swans are white.

Other scientists see his theory.  They don't go out looking for white swans.  They go looking for swans of ANY COLOR BUT WHITE!

They see a black swan and the theory is revised to say that all swans are white or black.

Guess what they're looking for now in the scientific research arena?

There is not settled science.  They continually seek to disprove "fact."

Personally, I don't believe in manmade Global Warming. But for those who turn to the supposedly unbiased "fact checkers" such as PolitiFact for the facts and truth, it may be difficult to change their minds.

it is racist and colonialist to impose our rules and regulations on a world in search of the same prosperity we have reached in the last 50 years. This is what this is really about, a sort of neo-colonialist/imperialist attempt to keep brown people down. Honestly, the new left is trying to ensure that non-white East/South Asians are to be kept from the same sort of wealth of European/ English speaking nations have reached in the post-war era. It is strange, but in the end that is what they seek. Who are we to keep them from reaching the same level of prosperity? it is both racist and imperialist to try to stop these nations from reaching their potential.

No one is ever going to expect fair and balanced reporting from him he has the Edward R Morrow /Wally Cronkite everything from the far left system down pat. That it just doen't sell like it did when they had a monopoly is just progress.

I sincerely disagree with the posters that are calling for the removal of any of the liberal pundits (read hacks, sudo-journalists, juvenile posters, paid mouthpieces, lap dogs) from the lame stream media. We need to keep them just where they are, out in the open spouting their drivel. We need them to keep reminding us daily of the absurdities of Barry and his minions. Of the damage they are knowingly and willingly heaping on the American public. Of the landmines they are planting for our future generations to force them down their progressive path.

By now we must surely know, and fully expect, the lies, blame games, false statistics, absurd spending plans, vote buying schemes, miraculous new schemes for economic recovery, new vote buying spending, sudden grow of jobs, hiring, and incomes, dramatic easing of energy prices, and the “end” to wars, non-wars, and overseas commitments of US troops we will need to endure prior to the 2012 elections. We can be assured that these and many other “successful’ results shall be trumpeting from upon high of this administrations policies and edicts will occur in the next 15 months.

So let’s keep the mouthpieces just where they are. We know who they are. We know what they are. We understand their fundamental dishonesty. We know what they will do and how they will do it.

People can agree that there is some sort of 'climate change' happening, but there's no universal agreement that 'man' is causing it. Of course, Libs like to lay all this at the footsteps of 'Man' because you can 'tax' a 'Man' and get richer and more powerful by doing so. It's exactly the same thing with Lawyers: They will exhaust themselves looking for 'corporations' to sue and find guilty simply because 'that's where the money is.' Same thing here; Algore and Matthews need to victimize 'Man' because that's where the money is.

IMO, there is no problem with climate change Chrissy. Throughout Earth's history, climate change has existed. The problem is the myth of Anthropogenic Global Warming. Heck, even Gore stopped using the fear-mongering phrase Global Warming after ClimateGate revealed the falsifying and manipulation of data. But don't you worry Chrissy, you can still worship at the science fiction altar of Global Warming.

You have to admit that tingles was entirely honest and there can be no debate that he hates even handed journalism. As for Rolling Stone it is nothing but an entertainment magazine expressing opinions written by biased authors with no idea of what they are talking about.
