Michael Moore Warns Democrats 'In for an Ass-Whooping of Biblical Proportions in November'

When Michael Moore starts getting panicked, you know times are getting tumultuous for the left and the Democratic Party.

The anti-corporation, sometimes conspiracy theorist documentary filmmaker aired his frustrations about the current health care reform predicament. Congressional Democrats have gotten themselves into a mess with time running out as the midterm election cycle fast approaches and Moore said he was worried. According to Moore, who appeared on MSNBC's March 10 "The Rachel Maddow Show," if the Democratic Party doesn't make strides in getting their liberal agenda passed - it's bleak times ahead for them.

"Well, we see what it's led us to, to the fact that one out of eight homes now in America is in foreclosure or delinquency," Moore said. "One out of eight home and, of course, the millions that don't have health care and everything else it's - how do you get yourself out of bed every morning to do this show with just the despair of how - the hope that we all had a year, year and a half ago. And now it's like, I just feel like the Democrats are - they're in for an ass-whooping of Biblical proportions in November if they don't get off the dime and do the job they were sent there to do. I mean that. I mean, it - don't they see that?"

Although some would argue these dire political conditions are a result of overstepping boundaries in enacting some of their policies, Moore suggested they should double-down on their agenda and not be weak-kneed.

"They could avoid it by having the courage of their convictions and doing what the Republicans do when they take power," Moore said. "You know when the Republicans come into town, they get in the Hummer and they drive down Pennsylvania Avenue, mow down everybody in sight. They walk into Congress with both guns blazing and they say, ‘We were sent here to do a job,' and then they do the job. Democrats come in and I mean by an incredible majority in the Senate and the House, in this historic election with Obama in the White House. Democrats come in and go, ‘Oh hi, hi, umm - I guess we don't need universal health care for everybody. You know, we can compromise. It's OK.'"

He mocked the Democratic Party, whose convention he was once a guest at, for acting like "frightened animals."

"You know, they used to at least just sing ‘Kumbaya,'" Moore said. "Now they go in like frightened animals. I don't understand it. What is it about them that they can't do the math?"

He explained he was perplexed that Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., a strident no vote on health care without specific abortion language, was able to hijack the entire health care reform legislative process.  He likened the current conditions to a boat taking water and urged the Democrats to start bailing water before it was too late.

"It's kind of like, OK, the boat is taking in water," Moore explained. "Do we just sit here or do we pick up the Dixie cup that's over here and start bailing? I mean, we may not make it, you know, but do something! Do something, Democrats. Are you listening to me?"

Moore has been one of the leading left-wing proponents of nationalized health care. In his documentary "SiCKO" that favored the socialist health care systems of Canada, Britain, France and Cuba, Moore made the fantastic and inaccurate claim that almost 50 million Americans are uninsured.

I'll believe there is a democrat 'Ass Whooping' afoot...

...when I wake up the morning after and see the results .

Never, E-V-E-R underestimate the stoopidity of the average American voter.

And even if there is a republican surge, it won't matter much unless they win enough seats in both houses to surmount the vetoes of the Comrade Chairman - and that won't happen unless a huge chunk of dem senators either resign or are recalled.

Anything less and we're forked.

STOP KIDDING YOURSELVE'S, CONSERVATIVES.

-Dave

I am with you. I am not sold

I am with you. I am not sold on the take over of Congress by the GOP. I think they'll gain many seats but in the end, the Dems will keep control and the fight will continue until a viable candidate arises to take down Obama.

WOW!!!!!

I never thought I would see the day I would agree with this clown on anything..............but he got this one right!!!!

Yes he did...

Depending on if and how they pass this health care bill, it could be far worse than that. They have thumbed their noses at the American public like nothing anyone has ever seen. If the press wasn't in their corner trying to cover-up their sins as quickly as possible, it would be even worse than this.

and don't ever

and don't ever misunderestimate the Republican Party's neverending ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory!!! Now, if they keep growing their balls back, after having cut them off themselves............we may have something to be optimistic about, which would be a new feeling!!! I can tell you that 'optimism' hasn't been an option in my thought process lately!!!!

"And even if there is a

It WILL matter, if we get enough seats to keep the dems from passing whatever they want. Stopping them from destroying the country is my main concern at this point, and we don't need majorities in both houses to do that.

None so blind as he

None so blind as he who will not see, is there?  The commucrats are in so much trouble precisely because they have been trying to shove socialism down our throats.  The polls show that people do not want nationalized medicine.  People are angry about the government take over of Government Motors, and the way they shafted the bond holders of GM.  People do not believe that Kneecap and Rape will do anything about Global Cooling, Warming, Climate Change.  Why does Shamu Moron believe that if the Democraps pass this natural organic fertilizer of bovine origin, that they will be beloved by the people?  Especially w/ the number of firearms and ammo purchased just prior to and just after the election?

"A communist is someone who reads Marx.  An anti-communist is someone who understands Marx."  Ronald Reagan

My thoughts exactly

Where does Moore get this ridiculous notion that the Dems are being timid?  They're going pedal-to-the-metal left wing agenda, trying to enact very liberal policies, and it's not working because the American people (and a few Democratic Congresspersons with a bit of grey matter) are fighting them, not the Republicans in Congress/Senate.  Republicans couldn't stop them if they wanted to, at least prior to Scott Brown.

"how do you get yourself out

"how do you get yourself out of bed every morning to do this show with just the despair of how - the hope that we all had a year, year and a half ago."

Moore, like you, it's easy for maddow to get out of bed the polices you support will never effect you, you bloated moron.

For all the misery he's so concerned about

with the 'people' he doesn't look like he's missed a meal or skipped a helping....nothing phases that appetite too much.  More liberal fake rage.

How many people

Is Michael Moore insuring off of the profits he makes from his movies?

http://libfail.com

I've Been Asking That

and I'd like to know how much money Cameron gave to the liberal party from the BILLIONS he made off his anti-American movie Avatar....can't seem to get a straight answer....

I hope the libs keep

I hope the libs keep listening to Michael Moron......because I can't cite ONE thing that he said (here or elsewhere) that made ANY sense.......but somehow he is held up in some regard as a lib 'intellectual'. (They're ALL intellectual, aren't they??? But NONE of them has ANY common sense!!!)

On top of it..........Moron is a total phony....I think most people know it...............and aside from the typical percentage of whack job Kool-Aid drinkers who voted for FUBO, Dems, AND watched Morons psuedo-documentaries.............the vast majority of people don't give him much credence at all.........

Moron should 'HOPE' that Obamacare DOESN'T pass......because he's an overweight burden on the system!!! I guess he'll just have to go down to Cuba...........oh, I just read that they'll be making foreigners PAY for their medical services!!!! But I wonder how many 'foreigners' actually GO THERE for medical treatment?????

FUBO!!!!!

Moore Actually Thinks

their only hope is to PASS what is probably the most hated bill ever to be introduced when in reality...this is what will bring down their house of cards.  Liberals are probably the stupidest people ever to walk upright.  Don't they see that?  Are you listening to us?  Forget Moore...he's a certified imbecile....LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!!!  Oh, what fun November is going to be...

Moore On

I saw MM on the Maher debacle the other day.  The guy is such a simpleton.

He compared Haiti's earthquake to Chile's and said Haiti was a Republican's dream, no regulation.  Yeah, like anything a Republican touches would look like Haiti, yet Democrats control all the inner cities, which not surprising, look like Haiti.

He also offered to take Rahm's job for free.

I read that ludicrous

I read that ludicrous Haiti/Republican statement......it didn't get much news play, did it?? You can only imagine if someone in a comparable 'famous' position had said it about Democrats!!! And you're right..............go look at the inner cities that have been under Democratic rule for all of these years..............might be vaguely similiar to Haiti..............which has been run by dictators for years, and has NOT had a shortage of $$$ flowing their way!! Kind of like a lot of those African countries that are continuously poor and disenfranchised........or Palestine, for that matter. They get BILLIONS of dollars sent their way............how far 'down the food chain' does it get???                     FUBO!!!!!

Moore's point on Maher's "show"

was that Republicans and Conservatives want NO regulation or rules whatsoever, including building codes, safety standards, etc.  I know this all too well, because I work with someone very similar to Moore and he holds the same view, no matter how much you try and explain reality to him.

This guy is very similar to Moore, empty-headed, VERY overweight, diabetes (gee, wonder why?), smokes, eats a terrible diet and complains about the cost of health care.  He, like most people who want the government to take over health care, only want someone else to pay the bills.  He has no problem with access to health care, only that he has to pay for it.

Isn't that what most liberal policies are all about, getting someone else to pay for your stuff?  Be it tangible goods or consequences of your decisions?

Good point.......and the

Good point.......and the guy is probably too self-absorbed to even see himself with any kind of 'reality'.........

As far as the other subject.........I'm in the construction business...which encompasses a LOT more than just building something. What IS missing, and HAS BEEN missing - and is ACTUALLY under assault - is COMMON SENSE!!! I'm all for building codes, safety standards, some kind of zoning process....I've been to second and third world countries where things are totally helter-skelter and unsafe.

BUT........what we have is an OVERABUNDANCE of ludicrous, idiotic, counter-productive, costly, and just plain old STUPID rules and regulations and agencies and compliances and fees and fines and blah blah blah...............almost ALWAYS as a result of the 'know-it-all' liberal mindset............enacted and enforced by people who don't have a CLUE about what goes on out here in the 'real' world!!!

What's the difference between a beaurocrat and a 'working class' person (I'll use the libs favorite differentiation between union guys and 'middle class' people)???...................REALITY!!!!!!

We make things happen!!! They try and complicate it!!! It's pretty simple. Anybody wants to disagree with me.......they'd better have some good ammo.................I know what I'm talking about!!!!!

FUBO!!!!!!!!!

Do something?

So let me get this straight.  The American people do not want this health care bill, it will bankrupt the country and send us further into debt but go ahead and vote for it because you are going to lose your seat in Congress anyway?

Is that what I heard?

Fat, drunk and stupid is no

Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son

Ronald Reagan, 1962: I did not leave the Democratic party, the party left me.

Insert: your name, 2008, and the Republican party.

Who would

have thought that "Animal House" would have produced a line for the ages?  The writer must have had M Moore in mind when he penned that line, even back then.

Does this mean Michael Moore has actually read...

...the Bible?

"Inferior people should not be employed." - Firesign Theatre

Never count the chickens until they're hatched!

While Michael Moore might be "panicking" about a possible Democrat disaster at the ballot box, Republicans better not start counting the chickens until they're hatched.

Remember, American voters are incredibly stupid - that's how Ears got elected in the first place.  Their memories are short, too.

... and in other news,

... and in other news, hypocrite anti-American wannabe film maker Michael Moore ripped a fart last week that finally made it's way out into the real world on the Rachel Maddow show.

As to the point about Stupak

How quickly the libs have forgotten how vital Stupak's support was in getting health care passed in the House in the first place. How so very recently Stupak was being hailed as the great uniter in the debate. Now he's outlived his usefulness and they want to discard him post-haste.

Kind of an object lesson there for the crowd whose reaction to every issue is to find the "moderate" position and stay there no matter what.

            The

The ass-whooping is comming, but it may be in the form of lynch mobs. We said yes to offshore drilling- and they ignored us. We said no to healthcare reform- and they ingnored us. The dems & reps are tying their own hangman's knot. The only thing that should be behind closed doors is the current administration behind closed cell doors. Throw the bums in prison.

It's interesting how

It's interesting how politicians love nothing better than their position, but they love to do things that will get them thrown from office.

By 2006 conservative Americans were blue in the face from screaming at the Republican Party leaders for failing to act like Republicans:  Amnesty?  "Let's do it!"  Spending?  "How high can we go?" Social Security?  "Let's not privatize it"  Justices?  "Harriet Meyers looks great!".   We all watched in disbelief as the Republican majority pushed a liberal domestic agenda and ran for the hills whenever any Democrat challenged the few moments of conservatism that came from their mouths.

In 2006 and 2008 they got a severe butt kicking, and rightfully so.  They were warned over and over again and refused to listen.

Now the same is true with the Democrats.  They are pushing a hard left agenda that has people screaming in the streets to stop, but they won't.  Come November many will get fired and will sit around in disbelief wondering how it happened.

I think it's really strange how politics works this way.

What? Moore's got an ASS of Biblical proportions?

Or is that ''Moore is an ass of Biblical proportions'?

Never mind.

CANDIDATE Obama: 'Yes, we CAN'.

PRESIDENT Obama: 'BECAUSE we CAN'.

Anybody noticing a pattern

Anybody noticing a pattern here?

one party runs up the debt and the deficit makes bad decisions. then the american people go for the other party who runs up debt and deficits, so the american people go back to the last party again who will run up more debt and deficits.

I know republicans will say how conservative they are but we all know there were crickets from them when bush doubled the debt and had a 500 billion deficit.

Crickets? Really,

Stevie?  Maybe from the morons in D.C., but there were plenty of people who went off on the R's when they started being D Lite.  They didn't listen, the result was 06 and 08.

Hey, Stevie boy, still waiting for you to expound on how many terrorist attacks there were, back over on the Stewart-Thiessen thread.

So, Moore says when the dems

So, Moore says when the dems get tossed out in November it's for NOT passing the bill no one wants.  Maddow says they'll get tossed out because it's the historical pattern.  How about they're going to get thrown out because they've screwed up the country enough!!

Biblical proportions? It'd have to be!

Moore reminds me of the mother over-feeding her baby food it doesn't like or want.

He thinks if you shove bigger spoonfuls faster and faster that tactic will work.

Well, we all know what babies do after going through that ordeal, don't we!
