I'd rather start the curtailment on free speech with the Jihadist 'Kill Americans' rhetoric. I feel a little more threatened by that than by Glenn. Maybe that's just me. Does Olberman know that he is considered to be an apostate and deserves death?

I had hoped that Arianna's husband, the famous judge Oliver Wendell Holmes might have taught her a bit about the Constitution. No such luck.

Get this:

Huffington was a republican.  She was involved in a fake marriage to a gay (secret) man who ran as a republican for senator or governor (can't recall).  She employed Laura Ingram and Brietbart.  She received millions from the rich republican for the charade.

Now she makes money from silly liberals on the "Huffington Post" where the hollywood elite and wanabe famous can use their junior high school degrees to pontificate on the issues of our time and make Huffington more money.

Now, who here really gives a $hit what Huffington says or thinks?

Five minutes of listening to her and it is easy to understand why her husband turned gay.

I would say that Oberman and Huffington are the ones that need to be censored but after looking at their ratings I think it would be redundant.

Leftists want free speech ONLY if it supports their agenda.  If someone speaks out against them, they want to shut them up.  The country IS on "fire" so to speak.  Our country is being systematically dismantled and destroyed by the people in office.  This is NOT business as usual.   We are not dealing with mere Democrat vs. Republican issues.  The people who have literally usurped the power base of the Democrat party are NOT regular Americans who happen to have a "D" after their name--these people are RADICALS who want to fundamentally change this country and redistrubute our wealth to the rest of the world.  They admitted it and have continued to admit it.  Glenn Beck has only exposed the truth of what they are doing.  He has not made up anything.  Everything he has exhibited has been already said or done by the people in power.  He is just bringing it to light where most of the rest of the media do not!

God gave us our RIGHTS--only God can take them away!

Look who uses the word "frightening" in that clip--why it's The Olberman! In fact I've heard so much about "scary" and "frightening" people on the right in the past view months, I can't believe that it is just a total lack of introspection that allows the left to claim that only the right "scares" people. Obama wants to caution you about foot-lopping doctors. That must be a good thing, otherwise it sounds "scary". 

They think it's sooo "frightening" that they will use an example of extemporaneous chain of events, to argue against political speech. That has to be a dire event! So if you warn against dire consequences, what is that? If you warn with words like "frightening". What are they saying but that many people can or should be frightened by it?

What is that?! My Lord! What an incredible load of sophistry or crap depending on Huffington's intellectual capacity--which I'm no longer that trusting of. 

They are clearly differentiable circumstances. A person who shouts "fire" in a crowded theater knowing that there is no fire, has only one likely intention--of causing chaos (probably for amusement), and that can result in a stampede of people endangering life and limb. And if you're somehow ignorant of this effect, it doesn't matter. 

Political commentary on a cable talk show has a more delayed effect, and a more ambiguous outcome. If we can say that certain political speech has no intention but to get the President shot--speech that does not directly advocate for the assassination of the President of the US--can be silenced, by the interpretation of advocates--then we are eliminating the speech that the founders intended to protect--not pornography, not flag-burning, but civil political speech. 

All we know is that we have Olby and Ariana agreeing that some political speech might be permissable to silence, with some flimsy rationale, with a partisan (partisan does not necessarily have to do with political parties) interpretation, inference and argument. 

I don't want Ariana silenced though. I hope that she keeps showing how much an enemy of the first amendment she is. I hope she keeps showing what a politicized shill she is.

Think of the method of substitution that liberals have used for years: "What if that were somebody besides Glenn Beck, about whom they were saying 'Hey, we can silence him for the good and safety of the country.'" I think they have exposed the truly "frightening" speakers, and I hope that they do not silence themselves in exposing it.

This is atrocious logic and atrocious sentiment, but even more atrocious understanding of the theory of self-governance. If you argue that alarmist speech can only ever lead to calamitous results, then you misunderstand the type of revolutionary speech that that founders meant when they talked about the "right of the people" to throw off a government if it suppresses their rights--I don't think that they thought that in an overthrow the worst was that somebody would slip and skin their knee. They spoke of overthrowing government, yet they did not suspect that an a violent revolution would be the result of discussing "overthrow". They did not view Man as a natural cascade to predetermined outcomes, and so need to be managed by the people in the know. 

"Vapid" used to be the word I described for the mainstream liberals' intellect. Intellectually vacant is the only word now.

If Glenn Beck is to be taken off the air, should the HuffPo be taken off the air as well? As Glenn Beck would say: "I'm just saying...".
