These smarmy attacks are a brilliant marketing strategy for MSNBC.

Look how much of a lying son of a bitch Shuster is, asking the ultimate "when did you stop beating your wife question." He has the nerve to assert that the only reason people oppose gay marriage is because they want to impose their religion, when the fact is that this is not a religious question. The guest even said explicitly that they weren't pursuing this as a biblical question. Shuster just talked over him.

Shuster is actively stupid, and compounds it by being an insufferable jerk.

Thirty years ago it was, "We just don't want you smoking on the plane during your flight". Now look where we are. Today it's "I just want to marry the one I love" ie. man or woman. In another thirty years will it be: "But I love my horse, chicken,goat,sheep, or heavens knows what.

Either Shuster and his ilk are shallower "thinkers" or they're disingenuous.  It's pretend marriage, like little girls pretending to play house with their dollies.  Be that as it may.  Two gays want to live their life of sin, so be it. 

Where IT DOES AFFECT ME and my family is when the media promotes same-sex marriage through television from home and garden shows to sitcoms, to billboards showing gay couples, to our schools where our children will have to learn the glories of gay sex.  When society doesn't back up traditional marriage, that puts children's souls in danger if they come to believe it's normal and okay.   And don't you dare speak out against it lest you commit a hate crime by doing so. 

So THAT'S how it affects me, Shyster, you lipless liar!  Normalizing something abnormal and making it ubiquitous affects all of us in more insidious and surreptitious ways than your little brain can imagine!

How can he, as a repoter keep on claiming that the group being represented discriminates and call himself a repoter.

At least before the interview Mr. Shuster should come out and said, "I am a Liberal, I am for gay marriage...now let's debate the issue."

Did anyone notice how Mr. Shuster used lawyers to defend his position when the guest rightly said that the American people as of right now do not support gay marriage? 

Funny how Liberals run to polls when it supports their amoral agenda and how far they run away from these when they don't.

You know, Mr. Shuster should get out of his box and start researching the fact that in countries like Canada and various nations in Europe, polygamists are challenging marriage laws that "discriminate" against them. Guess what they are using?  Gay "marriage" laws in those nations!! Polygamists are saying that it is discrimination to allow heterosexual and homosexual marriages and not polgymaist marriages.

All I have ever heard from pro-gay "marriage" activists is that gay marriage will not lead to polygamy, to any and all type of "marriages" to be accepted. The fact is that it is already starting to happen in Europe and Canada.

And of course that gay marriage affects my marriage. It further diminishes what marriage is all about. The need to have a stable home where children are raised to become excellent citizens and children of God. It is a well known fact that children need both, a father and a mother in their life. There is a reason why children of divorced parents tend to do worst in life than those that come from stable homes.

But I do have a question....Liberals, for the most part, are big believers in living together and not getting married. I mean, honestly, how many of us know quite a few couples that are living in sin. yet, it is these same couples that run around screaming that gay marriage should be accepted, right?  why?  These people don't believe in marriage?  If they do, why don't they get married? 

This debate has NOTHING To do with the right to get married or not. What it has to do with is the destruction of Judeo/Christian values. If anyone looks at the early leaders of the gay "marriage" movement, you will find that these were not ashamed to publicly state that their whole goal was the destruction of Judeo/Christian values.

It is not about the right to get married! By the way, I don't have the right to get married in Illinois. The State gives me permission to get married. So, why do homosexuals want a right I do not enjoy?

Idiots like Mr. Shuster are useful tools or willing accomplices.

These idiots have repeated thier "homophobe" meme so many times that they actually beleive it. Nobody is "afraid" of them, we just think they're wrong.

I was watching the interview and thought it was atrocious. If Shuster wants to do this kind of thing don't call him a reporter. O'Reilly readily admits his job is NOT to be objective, but to promote his opinion. I object to MSNBC pretending to be reporters.

Obviously, if we accept gay marraige, we'll be told to accept pural marraiges, and marraige with underage children in the future. Let 'em have civil unions, but marraige is a religious ceremony between a man and a woman.

As Shuster's guest pointed out, already adoptions agency's (such as the Catholic Social Agency) can be shut down in gay marraige states because their religious beliefs don't allow them to place children with gay couples. In those states it's discrimination. In my view it's infringing on religion.

A nation cannot be free without a free, unbiased media. We are not free.

It saddens me to see that these people do not understand that by re-defining traditional marriage another freedom will be lost. Have they forgotten about the wedding photographer in new mexico that refused to work the gay marriage and was sued? The end results at this point can not only be imagined but the implications are already being seen. Ms. California is being crucified for merely stating her opinion. Businesses and individuals in California are being protested and losing jobs/work. If marriage is re-defined chuches that disagree with gay marrage will have to stop performing marriages all together unless they allow  gay marriages also in their places of worship or face discrimination charges. All of this and more that we cannot know yet will occur, and all this while the majority of people in this country still view marriage as between a man and a woman. It bothers me that the few squeeky wheels are once again dictating thought and freedoms for the majority.
