Democrat Presidential candidate Barack Obama already has an issue with wearing American Flag lapel pins, and even with putting his hand over his heart when the American National Anthem is playing. It will be interesting to see how he'll react (if at all) to the flag hanging in one of his new campaign offices in Houston, Texas.
Yep, that's right -- that is the national flag of Cuba hanging on the wall with none other than Che Guevara superimposed on it.

McCain won't/can't do this.

Here's an honest attempt to explain why.
First of all, the Dems have had some 20 million people come out and vote in the primaries so far. Compare that to 13 million for Republicans. This is the first clue.
Secondly, I browse a ton of political blogs daily and here's what I'm seeing... A lot of Fred supporters will be writing him in (like me). Now I'm seeing a lot of Romney supporters swearing to do the same. And if that's not enough, the Ron Paul nuts are saying the same thing. There will be enough write-in votes, even if it's only a fraction of each that I mentioned, to make it impossible for McCain to win.
Thirdly, there are many that just will NOT vote for McCain no matter what because they will never gorgive him for stabbing us in the back. Can you blame them?
Oh, and don't forget that some will just be sitting this one out. How is the base ever going to get excited with all this dividing the party?
And finally, Obama does not have the negatives that Hillary does and he is an excellent orator. Combine everything I have written above and you have the first Black president.

We use machines where I live also, but you still have the right to use a write-in ballot. Many polling places are going to tell people that they ran out of ballots when that's a lie. The only way to combat this is to call your county elections board 3 days prior, and each day until the election, and tell them to bring plenty of write-in ballots.

That's half the people in or under the control of the Government, right there.

My next choice was Mitt Romney - again disappointment. I voted for GB twice and have been disappointed. I don't like McCain for a variety of reasons, but IF he is the nominee I will not stay home. I will go to the polls and vote for him and as many TRUE conservatives as I can find. Just think about it. If a few more people in Florida had stayed home to teach the Dims a lesson, we would have had at least four years of Al Gore. That is truely a scary thought.
