Olbermann is an example of what many of the founders warned against--- ignorant, irresponsible people who can't handle their own freedom. He has a "right " to say whatever he wishes to say, but he also has a "responsibility" to use his rights wisely. This is especially true for a person in his position. It is sad to see what "journalism" has come to in America.

Sorry Olbie, the Special Olympics is NOT a government-run and funded program; it is a PRIVATE , NONPROFIT organization, incorporated by the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation in 1968. Sarah Palin can no more cut the funding of a PRIVATE non-profit than she can cut your salary, she merely cut a government GRANT to a nonprofit in an effort to balance the budget and this had no detrimental effect on said nonprofit, but don’t let reality get in the way of your incoherent rants.

I assume that since Brad in particular and Newsbusters in general is using factcheck.org as a reference, that they consider it to be a reliable source of information.  I suggest Newsbuster readers check out some of the other articles on factcheck.org including:

My point is that Newsbusters is using factcheck.org as a reliable source and there are plenty of articles on factcheck.org critcal of McCain/Palin.
