The Few, The Undervotes & The Loser...

SARASOTA, FL. (NS) -

So Democratic FL Congressional District 13 'Loser' Christine Jennings calls another Press Conference and has '12' voters present to represent the '18,000' undervotes that she says are the reason for having another elction...

Let's just do the 'math' for a minute before I proceed. That represents LESS than .0001 % of the voters...

Couple this with the estimated '500' people who attended a Re-Vote Rally earlier this week also representing the '18,000' Undervotes. That represented .03% of the voters...

So what does all of this begin to show???

How about the 'numerical fact' that Christine Jennings and her FL District 13 Challenge are now sinking off into the Western Sunset???

Now all of that being said, here are some more very interesting facts to ponder about why she continues her quest to try and bring 'doubt' to an already certified election...

Democrats did beat the Republicans in last month's midterms. Oddly enough they're still calling in the legal cavalry to contest one of the few races they narrowly lost...

Now WHY is this???

Florida's 13th Congressional District, which runs along
the Gulf Coast from just south of Tampa to just north of Fort Myers. The certified winner is Republican Vern Buchanan, who beat Democrat Christine Jennings by fewer than 400 votes out of more than 237,000 cast. Two recounts, which were demanded by Democrats and required by law, have reconfirmed Mr. Buchanan's victory and slightly increased the
margin...

Could it be this seat 'used to be' held by Congresswoman Katharine Harris (R)? The same woman who certified the FL Presidential election for President George W. Bush, something the Democrats NEVER got over, and now this is their chance for some 'Political Payback'???

You Bet It Is!!!!!

The Dems are now suggesting that defective voting machines cost them the race. They point to Sarasota County's 18,000 "undervotes," or incidences where voters cast ballots in other races but not the Buchanan-Jennings contest. Ms. Jennings, along with such liberal partisans as People for the American Way and the American Civil Liberties Union, has filed a lawsuit contesting the results based on "statistical and eyewitness evidence of significant machine malfunctions" in Sarasota's iVotronic touch-screen system...

They want a court to declare Ms. Jennings the winner by, get this, "using statistical models to extrapolate that she would have received most of the undervotes." Short of that, they'll settle for nullifying the November results and holding a new election...

There are reasons wny so many voters might have taken a pass on this race while voting in others on the ballot. For starters, we all know someone who didnt't vote for sombody or something in this past election. We also all know someone who may have had problems using the touchscreen voting machines, but those same people got help at the Polling place then cast their vote and left...

The Republican primary featured an exceptional amount of mudslinging. The primary was also a five-man race with four candidates from Sarasota County. Mr. Buchanan won the GOP nomination with just 32% of the vote, and some of
his primary opponents either waited until the last minute to issue a public endorsement or never got around to it. So it's entirely possible that voters were turned off by the negative campaigning and chose neither Mr. Buchanan nor Ms. Jennings in their 'silent protest'...

By the way, undervoting isn't uncommon in the district. Two years ago, there were more than 12,000 Sarasota County undervotes in Democrat Jan Schneider's House race against Republican Representative Katherine Harris. The 2000 race for the 13th district seat, which predated the use of touch-screen voting machines, also featured a high number of
undervotes...

This plus the fact that in Charlotte County some 11,000 voters chose not to vote and created an undervote in the FL State Attorney Generals race...

So what does all of this mean???

U.S Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL) had this to say to Howard Dean, DNC Chairman, who has voiced his comments about the FL District 13 Congressional race...

"DNC Chair Howard Dean and his Liberal entourage should be called the UNDemocratic Party for their refusal to honor the election results from Florida's 13th Congressional District," Feeney said in his statement...

"There is no way to stimulate 18,000 disenchanted voters or reconnect with voters who deliberately chose not to vote for this particular seat," Feeney said. " It would be irresponsible to have a new election every time someone claims 'confusion' at voting precincts."...

The House plans to swear in Buchanan and other new members on Jan. 4th. Congressman-Elect Buchanan has been the only person representing FL District 13 during the past 2 weeks during Congressional training sessions. This is because he is the certified and duly elected person to be doing so...

Jennings has until Dec. 20th to ask the House Administrative Committee tp investigate the dispute. This after she announced at her Press Conference in Sarasota she would be continuing her lawsuits on Dec. 15th...

So, where do we go from here???

The election has been held, the recount done and redone and the vote has been certified by the State of Florida...

There has been NO evidence of either Fraud or malfunction of the Touchscreen Voting machines which is what it would take to grant further discussion...

All of the previous being mentioned, it's time to move forward and for Christine Jennings to go back home. She has more than likely cost herself any further chance in Politics as a viable candidate from all that I've heard from the 5 County FL District 13 area...

$4.5 million was spent on the new Touchscreen Voting machines, and after the 'paper trail' referendum was passed in November's election, another $4.1 million will now have to be spent by the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections office to guarantee a 'paper trail' in future elections...

This doesn't even take into account the MILLIONS now being spent for the lawsuit and legal avenue being pursued by Loser Christine Jennings...

Why doesn't somebody ask WHERE she is getting her money to do this from??? I know Congressman-Elect Vern Buchanan has been told to 'set aside' $1 million for these legal challenges. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see the name 'George Soros', 'Moveon.org' or the National DNC listed as the Christine Jennings financial backers in all of this...

Comeone people of District 13, you aren't that stupid! Wake up and tell Christine Jennings to go back home and stop WATING Taxpayers money on her 'assumptions'...

The FACTS all say otherwise and that's just the way it is. Accept it...

For Now, That's Just 'OUR' Opinion...

holy hell

If this situation was reversed can you imagine the press coverage. The msm would produce 1000s of experts to prove the validity of the machines. Only when Dems lose is there questions of the machines accuracy.

Democrats--the hateful, the c

Democrats--the hateful, the cheaters, the corrupt--the anti-America crowd, the socialists by nature, by nurture.  Democrats--the scourge of our country, our traditions, our faith.  Let them have power (as we have) and we'll rue the day.  I already feel left out.  I already fret what they'll do.  Any and every way--our friends the democrats--will take power.

Never relent.
