What is wrong with the Tucker show tonight ?

Tucker,  R, and D.... talk.

Tucker " I like gridlock,  I'm probably the only American that does like gridlock, then they aren't wasting our money. " (dream on singular one in the crowd)

D " Pelosi won't be too liberal for Americans, were tired of a do nothing congress."

OK, excuse me, but if we just had a do nothing Congress, isn't that the very definition of gridlock ? Yes, there's the lazy won't meet factor, but if congress could "get nothing done" with a republican BARE majority and a virtually non-existent Bush veto, how do you characterize gridlock ?

We just got over do nothing (try gridlock), and now we're supposed to have real gridlock.....

The spin is spun upon itself all over the place, and this certainly isn't just something you see on the Tucker show, they say it on every program out there.

" The congress couldn't get anything done. "

next sentence:

" Will we now face gridlock, with Bush vetoing Pelosi ?"

Uhhh....you'll have gridlock just like you did before because the congress is split so close to 50/50, that anything coming out of it is watered down, and overriding a non existent Bush veto doesn't matter then or now, since it won't happen.

So, you're going to have the same thing, maybe a bit to the left.

If the left can declare the former majority running roughshod over the dems and producing the nonbase left leaning non-republican legislation, they will accomplish the left takeover completely. The right is left has been the message, and the democrats at 49% have had nothing to do with that....that's the only thing I hear now. Obstruction never, ever occurred. Cooperation and compromise never had to happen, republicans ruled and did whatever they wanted to do.

Republicans, the "former dictators" completely "unopposed" and "unstoppable" and therefore "needing replacement", is the tune we hear now. That's why they "needed to be replaced for not sticking to their base".

It's been a great lie that both parties love swallowing.

So, now that the democrats are in the majority, there is nothing anyone can do to stop them or change it in congress. They are the new dictators. Let's see how that works out for the liars and the decieved all over the place.
