GOP Chairman: Taking FEC action on sen Menendez

New Jersey's Republican Party chief said yesterday he will file a
federal complaint charging that a nonprofit, tax-exempt group is really
a front for Sen. Robert Menendez's Democratic campaign.

GOP Chairman Tom Wilson announced the move as Menendez and his Republican
foe, Tom Kean Jr., spent the final weekend of a bitter campaign shoring
up their bases - the incumbent by calling on Latino voters to go to the
polls, and Kean stumping in heavily Republican Sussex County.

Wilson's complaint to the Federal Election Commission and the state
attorney general's office, planned for tomorrow, challenges a
nonprofit, tax-exempt group called Our Community Votes...

This information has been warm for some time yet nobody has acted on it, until now.

Unlike Pelosi, Reid, and Kerry, the senator could not be hidden from the public, only his record could be concealed.

Will news media reveal the story, or akin to play book, are dems innocent until proven guilty?
