Tuesday's NBC Today fawned over Vice President Joe Biden sharing his skin care tips with daytime talk show host Rachael Ray on Monday, with co-host Matt Lauer declaring: "Vice President Joe Biden's smooth complexion was long admired by Rachel Ray. So he revealed his beauty regimen to her. Take a look." [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump]
A sound bite played of Biden crediting "a men's Clinique that has SPF-20" for his good skin. The exchange was prompted by Ray telling Biden that he had "the most glowing, perfect skin of any person I've ever seen."
Co-host Willie Geist proclaimed: "I love that he had to point out, it's a men's Clinique."
Tuesday's CBS This Morning made sure to include Biden's cosmetic advice in the "Eye Opener" segment at the top of the show, prefaced by co-host Charlie Rose announcing "all that matters."
Biden's appearance with Ray was designed to push ObamaCare enrollment ahead of Monday's midnight deadline to sign up.

MATT LAUER: Social media also abuzz this morning, what's the subject? Skin care. Vice President Joe Biden's smooth complexion was long admired by Rachael Ray. So he revealed his beauty regimen to her. Take a look.
JOE BIDEN: Well, on Jill's instructions, about five years ago she said I should use Clinique. And there's a men's Clinique that has SPF-20. She was worried about my face. So I do whatever Jill tells me.
LAUER: There you go, okay.
TAMRON: A smart man.
AL ROKER: Wow.
WILLIE GEIST: I love that he had to point out, it's a men's Clinique.
SAVANNAH GUTHRIE: I'm glad he did.
LAUER: Not that dramatically different one.
GUTHRIE: Yeah, that yellow one, that's what I was thinking of.
