"Confession: I yell at my TV while watching Rachel #Maddow talk about filibuster reform in the same way most people do during football."

Confession: I yell at my monitor while watching multiple Twitter accounts plug Rachel #Maddow with identical words in the same way most people do during football.

Perhaps Rachel Maddow can claim  that the multiple twitter accounts plugging her show with identical words was the work of her staff and/or fans which was done entirely without her knowledge but she would definitely risk her pants bursting into flames. These multiple Twitter accounts with the copy and paste plugs of Maddow's MSNBC show were revealed in this thread at the Free Republic:

A poster on Twitter, upon seeing what he thought were very similar posts referencing MSNBC host Rachel Maddow's show, did some searching and found out that Maddow has been using phony twitter accounts to boost her "mentions" on the popular website.

As can be seen by screenshots collected by a tweeter named @LeftyBollocks, Maddow has massive amount of accounts posting the exact same claim that "Confession: I yell at my TV while watching Rachel #Maddow talk about filibuster reform in the same way most people do during football."

And here is a screen shot of the suspicious Maddow Multiple Twitters:

So what was the motive for the Twitter plugs? The thread author at the Free Republic offers an explanation:

With so many supposedly unique accounts mentioning her name, the term #Maddow has quickly risen to the top of trending topics on twitter-something @LeftyBollocks found odd since her show has so few viewers.

Ironically the possibility of those Twitter accounts being fake might also boost #Maddow to the top of trending topics. #MaddowFraud?
