Moveon.org-NPR-PBS: Same Struggle!

Not that there's been any doubt as to the politics of NPR and PBS - home to world-class Republican haters such as Bill Moyers. Still, it's instructive to see just who has launched a massive organizing effort to ensure continued taxpayer funding of the two organizations. Turns out . . . it's none other than the far-left MoveOn.org.

Here's a mass email sent out today by Move-on:

But the next vote in Congress will be as soon as tomorrow. To stop Congress' budget cuts, we need to go even bigger: we're aiming for 1.5 million of us to sign on by tomorrow. If MoveOn 'trusts' NPR/PBS, what does that say about their news coverage? And when members are confident NPR/PBS will promote the 'growth' of 'our society', isn't that synonymous with saying the duo promotes the growth of government? It takes a village, after all.
