Justice Scalia has voiced his outrage at the idea of providing our enemy with both a jury and civil rights. "War is war". Who on the terrorist side would do the same for one of us if we were to be captured? How many Americans have been decapitated?
Today we realize Moussaoui, a terrorist provided with civil rights, not only lied but his actions contributed to the deaths of American citizens.
What is our "war" on terrorism and how does it influence the enemy?
