General Electric said Monday it had agreed to a deal to sell its plastics unit to Saudi Basic Industries for $11.6 billion in cash. Now attention turns to the company's NBC Universal unit. GE hasn't tipped its hand on what its plan is, but at least one prominent analyst seems to think it's time for the slumping peacock to go.
