Bill Maher accused Vice-President Cheney of being responsible for people "dying needlessly." In its own way, today's Boston Globe editorial cartoon takes that calumny one step further, suggesting that the vice-president flatly welcomes as many American deaths in Iraq as possible, as a sign of national strength.
When it comes to portraying the image of the Vice-President, the Dan Wasserman effort is also remarkable for its sheer malice.
