So, Who's got enough Republic

So, Who's got enough Republicans Balls to go after Pelosi for violating the Logan Act ?

As I have stated before in this forum....Pelosi was elected in San Fransicko, it was NOT a National Election, It was NOT a Mandate, and 53 million voted for Bush in a National election, and it was a MANDATE, a national mandate for 4 years. Bush is the Commander in Chief, not Congress, and HE appoints a Secretary of State, and HE conducts International Diplomacy.

If Pelosi and company want to replace Bush/Republican leadership....she is gonna hafta wait until the 53 million majority voters make another decision for 4 years in 2008.

meanwhile, Pelosi should get in the Back Seat, SHUT UP, SIT DOWN, and start Supporting the Troops with a Bill from Congress...that is HER job.

At Times like these, it becomes more than just a Moral Obligation to express ones opinion, it becomes a Pleasure.

Spending 26 million to get a job that pays a Quarter of a Million, just sounds strange ? doesn't it ? It ain't natural, and it speaks of possible corruption in Politics...or at least $$$'s at work buying influence.

Who's got enough Republican

Who's got enough Republicans Balls........

Well, it sure ain't the Repubelicans. The Bush "Justice" Department is about as spineless as they come. Sure, they have proven they can send Border Patrol Agents to prison for doing their jobs and they did a hell of a job going after that arch criminal and immediate danger to the public well-being Scooter Libby, but they couldn't nail a wayward Democrat if their do-nothing, incompetent live's depended on it.

Sandy Berger practically walks an a major felony. William "cold cash" Jefferson is still running around loose, and our illegal invaders from south of the border are swarming over said border essentially un-molested, getting sh*t-faced drunk, then driving around turning law-abiding American citizens into road-kill.

I don't think Nancy "the defector" Pelosi has all that much to be concerned about.

We need to kick him out of office in the primaries the next go around!!! We always bring a spoon (not even a knife) to a gunfight!!! Man do I miss Reagan!

can't avoid your lies

Dear Dave:

Again you're lying:

"--they have proven they can send Border Patrol Agents to prison for doing their jobs." . . . Sorry; you're lying once more. Nobody was sent to prison for doing their job. Nobody, and surely not any Border Patrol agent.

You cannot jawbone such a lie past me. I'd much rather not divert a thread again explaining it all to you. Be a sport and read up on those two out of control agents who were duly convicted and sentenced by a jury of their peers. Stop spouting BS.

Oh, really Tumbler?Druken i

Oh, really Tumbler?

Druken illegal alien invaders are running amok in my country. Time they were rounded up and sent back.

As for the Border Patrol guys, I think they should both get public service awards. The prosecuter in that case should be tarred, feathered, horse-whipped and then deported with the rest of the illegal invaders.

I'm going to watch the Masters now.

Chow.

This republic will not survive the continued neglect of its people.- Neal Boortz.

ask the jurors

Ask the jurors. After the trial, there were some who stated that they were wrong in their verdict. Duly convicted? Think not. Convicted? Yes. Wrongly? Yes. As apparent as the little nose on your face, Tumbler. This one is so obtusely obvious, to even begin and punish these men so abhorrently is pure injustince. They should, at most, have been cited by their superiors for
procedural misconduct, if there actually WAS any.

Excuse me, P-Man

Hello ?

The central argument of my objection to our resident Over-killer, Dave -- is this:

These dudes were NOT sent to prison "for doing their jobs."

Hundreds of other, better Border Patrolmen are doing their job every day and don't go to prison for doing it. Nor are they judged, convicted and sentenced of --WHAT? --Of having shot an unarmed man in the back; a man who was not threatening them with any harm, but trying to escape.

Shooting fifteen rounds at his rear, hitting him once and then picking up all their shell-casings, clearing all the evidence, turning in a falsified report of the whole incident; then lying to the court (they were reacting to the illegal's hidden weapon, etc., etc.,) --That is NOT "doing their job" it's outright attempted murder and tampering with the evidence, plus perjury and dereliction of duty.

Naturally, that's all OK with people who hate Mexicans and wish all of them were shot upon crossing over illegally. The only leg guys like you have to stand on is this alien was a felon. He was definitely on this side illegally and smuggling pot. These dummies could have arrested him without firing a shot. But they were craven cowards depending on overwhelming firepower. People like that aren't worthy of being public servants or officers in our government. Mainly because they do too many STUPID things and later try to lie their way out of trouble.

Agents RAMOS COMPEAN and HERNANDEZ

never said that, botg

I have no problem with these convicted men. They earned their prison terms, I didn't harm them. You seem to think my words mean I hate the two convicts. I don't. Ramos Compean and Hernandez were not doing their job, that's all.

You don't go to prison for doing your job.

But they were craven cowards

which is it? i guess two heads are better than one

Shooting fifteen rounds

Shooting fifteen rounds at his rear, hitting him once

They should have been sentenced to more time on the shooting range.

Give a Democrat Party free America a chance!

study the ramos case closer

Tumbler, our Resident Racist, would be better served to study the case a bit closer. The abduction of a fleeing suspect, that had already assaulted one of the officers, is not entirely without difficulty when it appears to the arresting officer that the assailant has a weapon. And further, as a common sense approach would reveal, it is not advisable, when being abducted for smuggling and illegal entry, that one resist, assault, and flee from an arresting officer. Just a thought.

prag man speaks out of anger

Little Prag; being angry, hails me as the resident racist; who knows how come? I won't go crying about how unjust this is. I really don't care; everyone who reads my posts knows I abhor racism. If I didn't I wouldn't even be here. That's all.

He/she feels certain the officers had every right to shoot a fleeing man in the back. . . . FINE.

That was not doing their assigned job. PERIOD. If you think attempted murder was what those guys were hired for, FINE. -- I do not. That makes me a racist, according to the bulging, untouchable tumor of ignorance called pragmatic silly man. But I shall forgive his statements. I know I was never a racist. This attack is all these extremist Mexico-haters have, to defend their absurd notions of justice. They were disarmed long ago. They cling by the fingernails to the idea that justice is on their side. It's only anger, not justice. --Somebody please tell Pragmatic Man for me: your anger doesn't impress anyone.

Government admits lying about jailed border agents Inspector confronted on Capitol Hill, says promised 'proof' does not exist...

I hope Newsbusters is paying attention here. I am shocked to the core about this. The railroading of Ramos and Campean is more outrageous than we originally thought.

Jerome Corsi in WorldNet Daily has published this devestating indictment against (and I'm ashamed to say this) the Bush Justice Department...

A Department of Homeland Security official admitted today the agency misled Congress when it contended it possessed investigative reports proving Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean confessed guilt and declared they "wanted to shoot some Mexicans" prior to the incident that led to their imprisonment.

The admission came during the testimony of DHS Inspector General Richard L. Skinner before the Homeland Security Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee, according to Michael Green, press secretary for Rep. John Culberson, R-Texas.

Culberson was questioning Skinner about a meeting DHS officials had Sept. 26 with him and three other Republican congressman from Texas, Reps. Ted Poe, Michael McCaul and Kenny Marchant.

tumb -- both men are of Mexican descent, as I understand it.

I find it ludicrous than anyone could seriously believe they said they wanted to "shoot some Mexicans."

Sure, that's exactly the sort of "confession" two experienced law officers of Mexican descent would make. Yeah, right.

First off, you are confusing two cases. Ramos and Campeon DID NOT fire 15 rounds. That's another case.

Given that government has been proved to be lying, it seems that you haven't waited to see how it shakes out.

I find it sad that you are not at all concerned or intrigued at the railroading of these two US citizens (of Mexican descent, I believe), and you accept at face value the word of a convicted drug runner and criminal who has been granted immunity and citizenship.

Sure, a very reliable witness he is.

A lib***l is a deluded person who thinks that what he believes is true simply because he wants it to be true.
Therefore reality must be shifted left to fit his odd perceptions.

Dear Jack Bauer

I always read what you say with anticipation because I think you're trustworthy. Much more than three or four in here who THINK they're some kind of conservative firebrand (and are mostly under-achieving, boring and repetitive haters.)

You aren't a hater. Your objection is taken much more seriously than some clueless lowbrows we meet here every day. You're substantive when it's a serious matter under discussion. You don't just poison all the wells in a 5-mile radius around Tumbler. Everybody else lately thinks that's how you answer a man seriously. But not you.

I only maintain the trial of those two border patrolmen was final. I'm really not arguing any deep study of their prosecution or its result. To me they had the same trial I would've expected for myself in those circumstances. You may know something I don't know. But THIS is certain: For one of our extremist Bozoes in here to flare out by absurdly saying the two were imprisoned for "doing their jobs," is stupid and inflammatory; the words of a nincompoop. Nobody gets convicted of these charges simply because they're innocently at their job.

IF that were so, I'd agree immediately that they were truly "rail-roaded." The facts are, we have two guys in complete authority, with cause to make an arrest on the spot. That's their job, no dispute. But they got themselves in deep doodoo; they suddenly resorted to lethal force. Unless I'm way off these were the matters investigated by the prosecution. They were charged with something a lot more serious, Jack, than doing their job.

I wasn't in that jury. Maybe they thought just as you do, that you're supposed to shoot at a fleeing man as he beats the hell out of there. But apparently they did NOT think so. And, it doesn't seem to me at a distance, that they found two gov't officials guilty when they actually thought they were innocent of those charges. That's implausible, Sir.

We don't normally conduct kangaroo courts in our country, Jack. (I guess it COULD happen.) Furthermore, observe please that I make no big thing about the ethnic descent of anybody at all; felon or otherwise.

Could these Latins say to one another: let's get a Mexican ? Absolutely. Many of us American Latinos are cool about those things. Nobody's perfect, I'm afraid. Anyhow, I'm clearly not racially biased. I'd call it the same way if a perp was black, white, man or woman. We are all equal under the law. If it frosts us that a convicted drug-runner is given immunity, or that his word isn't simply thrown out of court; place the emphasis on THAT. Just don't give me this BS that those agents shoot at man multiple times from behind, tamper with evidence, turn in false testimony --etc., but it's all in a day's work. You don't have to be a lawyer to say, Stop that nonsense.

You are a hater!

It doesn't matter who, what, when or where, if it is illegal immigrants the famous silver-tongued Tumbler leaps to their defense. Those agents were railroaded. Even a foolish lady like Dianne Feinstein wants the matter looked into as suspicious. Every day, in every way, the people in power threaten the sovereignty of my country. MY country, not yours you traitorous liar! The two agents will eventually be exonerated.

addressing jack bauer:

Here is "misterboil on his @ss", answering for Jack Bauer ! Imagine, he's more important than Jack Bauer; everybody pay attention --Ha ha !

I have a P.S. to add to my last post.

You may fail to notice, so I'll point out for you:

My entire argument in this border patrol controversy is immigrant-free. I wasn't talking about illegal immigrants at all.

I have no problem with border patrol round-ups of illegal immigrants; everything I stated above is in reference to law enforcement --proper conduct on the part of our nation's peace officers. Not a word has to do with illegal aliens as a whole. In fact the subject here is our Justice Department, not even the border.

When the two agents were convicted it had nothing to do with enforcement. That's their assignment everyday. If somehow they're vindicated, so much the better. They were convicted of unlawful activity; discharging a firearm at an unarmed person who was not threatening them. Plus, submitting false reports and tampering with evidence in order to mask their illegal action.

Therefore, nobody ought to say without any scruples that the two were convicted for doing their job. No matter what Bozo misterboil says. Nobody cares what's flossing his @ass today. Let him ESAD. Ha ha!

tumb -- I think you are ser

tumb -- I think you are seriously misguided on this sole issue of the prosecution and conviction of Ramos and Campean.

I have read the detailed investigation by James Corsi on this matter, and based on his uncovering of extremely disturbing evidence of government impropriety and prosecutorial misconduct I have no faith in the legality of their convictions.

While I take the fact that that anyone found guilty by Jury carries great weight and is not to be dismissed lightly, (I'm not an anarchist) I also believe that when the whole prosecution case is shown to have been founded on such dubious evidence, then that in itself is enough cast doubt on all.

Sorry you don't see the injustice here. But it is staring you right in the face.

I think. Therefore I am -- NOT a lib***l.

vague at best, Jack

If there's a detailed investigation that reaches some conclusion I don't know about, just tell us what it turned up.

But in the meantime allow me to say that we do NOT arrest anybody for doing their job. Why this misleading rhetoric, when our entire border situation is already more polarized in here (Newbusters) than I'll ever understand ?

We have guys here very unscrupulously lying. I NEVER say anything I know is untrue.

Yes; you & others may say I level serious charges of racism against some people. If it's untrue, I've lied, presumably. ..... However, I have been basing those charges on easily perceived written evidence here, of open hate speech and defamation of ethnic groups; racial slurs. Not based on some collapse of my argument for which I strike back.

Actually that's what keeps happening to me. I make some kind of rational argument no Bozo here dares rebut; and in return I get personal attacks, not just anger. I can understand anger.

But having it stated emphatically, that Tumbler's a demented fool. A Troll, a TURD, liberal, racist. -- Mainly what's tantamount to getting beat up with brass knuckles out in a dark alley,

For stating a reasoned opinion ! FOR WINNING THE ARGUMENT !

This is just the tip of the i

This is just the tip of the iceberg and doesn't even touch on the malfeascence that many suspect has occured in the Prosector's office, and in the top brass in the Border Agents.

Cipriano Ortiz-Hernandez, suspected of running a Texas "stash house" where multiple loads of marijuana from Mexico were delivered into the United States, has been arrested and is being held pending trial.

Cipriano Ortiz-Hernandez already was under indictment on federal drug charges stemming from about 5,000 pounds of marijuana allegedly delivered to his home, mostly in 2005.

Ortiz-Hernandez also has identified Ramos-Compean case witness Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila as the man who delivered 750 pounds of marijuana to that location in October 2005 – while Aldrete-Davila was under a grant of immunity for an earlier drug smuggling operation when he encountered Ramos and Compean, and ended up with a bullet wound.

U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton allowed Aldrete-Davila to lie in the Ramos and Compean trial when Aldrete-Davila said he was not a professional drug smuggler."

Ramos & Campean chased Aldrete-Davila while he was trying to smuggle a load of hundreds of pounds of drugs into the United States in February 2005. He was injured when the officers fired at him.

He later was granted immunity for that episode by federal prosecutors, and returned to the United States to give testimony that helped convict the border agents.

However, during his testimony, he portrayed himself as someone who had tried to smuggle drugs only the one time because of his financial situation, and the jury never was told that he had been implicated in the second smuggling operation.

A Department of Homeland Security investigative report filed by Special Agent Christopher Sanchez on Nov. 21, 2005, documents that Ortiz-Hernandez identified Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila was the person who drove the 750 pounds of marijuana to Ortiz-Hernandez's safe house on October 23, 2005.

This case stinks to high heaven. If you are happy about the deals offered to a seasoned criminal in order to convict two decorated agents, that's your problem.

I think. Therefore I am -- NOT a lib***l.

The Republicans can sit this one out, for a while, since the Washington Post and USA Today did some of their work for them. It's probably better they keep their mouths shut since they'll probably just say something stupid and the papers will forget what they've said about Pelosi. Let's allow the Democrats to attack the Post and USA Today, and hopefully take some return fire, and see what happens.

Phyllis Schafley is another heroine of mine...it is great reading for those of you who didn't get to catch Dyne's link above.

Good ol' Hutch/wampoo (I know spelling) is involved again...Clintoon loving campaign money network if memory serves me correctly, they had a lot of ties to illegal cash for the Clintoon war chest.

Well part of my incredulity is the unopened until KC at that point who cares who looks in them. A nice nuclear warhead could ruin your whole day. Call me cynical but to trust the red Chinese to send boxcars into the heartland with nary a sniff? (These boxes go from ship to rail by crane being 10 feet all 12 feet wide and up to 30 feet long)

Have the conspiros decided where this "NAFTA Superhighway" is supposed to be yet? They can't make up their mind if it is I-35 or the proposed extension of I-69 from Port Huron, MI to Laredo.

(Personally, I am hoping it is I-35. Have YOU driven from San Antonio to Dallas lately???)

the only new freeway being constructed in San Diego is north from the Tecate border crossing. but i'll bet ya the superhighway's name is legion cuz there'll be many.

Hrm...

Sounds to me like an efficient, edge of legal, way to smuggle in illegals from Mexico. We already know the Mexican government supports and encourages the illegal immigration of their people to the United States, and this just sounds like another way for them to push their own people out. With the border, itself, tightening up, they had to find another way to smuggle their people through the border, and this sounds like their opportunity.

"Stop global warming! Asphyxiate a liberal!" -
Show us how far you're willing to go to stop "global warming"

bishop having his relief

Another bang up lie, this time out of the bishop's fertile imagination:

"We already know the Mexican government supports and encourages illegal immigration of their people to the United States," --Tumbler : --Do you have proof? Have you seen this support and encouragement ? (That's what I thought, No Sir; --you're MENTALLY MASTRAWBATING AGAIN ! Har har !

Have you any idea how twisted and paranoid this line of BS is, on the face of it ?

"Tumbler : --Do you have

"Tumbler : --Do you have proof? Have you seen this support and encouragement ? "

Every time you post something we have proof. You support and encourage with every post Senor Geraldo!

A long time back I accused you of being an agent provocateur on this site. I stand behind it . You are a cowardly person, here to wreak harm and insults on real Americans. You are the modern day equivalent of "Tokyo Rose". Shall we call you "caida espia" or just "Major Andre" or "Benedict Arnold"??

misterboil, sir

I'm not the Mexican government, Moron. Where's proof that the Mexican government supports and encourages them; --not ME. For that matter, I don't support illegal immigration or encourage it. I support the law, Half-wit.

Just once in a while, misterboil: Allow others to reply, don't answer for them. Keep your stupid ideas out of it. You don't have to keep touting "what you said a long time back." Who cares what you said ?

tumbler is a boil on the ass of humanity.

Tumbler is a boil on the ass of humanity.

According to his bio, he styles himself as a "Good will ambassador from American hispanic community."

Yet he comes in here, procaiming himself a conservative and declaring his love for his country, yet employs terms such as moron and half-wit to describe other members here. Some "good will" ambassador.

All he really is is a hispanderer.

This republic will not survive the continued neglect of its people.- Neal Boortz.

with love from dave

"yet employs terms such as moron and half-wit to describe other members here. Some "good will--"

I leave the heavy lifting for dudes in your camp. Dave. The ones who refer to my wife as a whore. Who refer to me as Turd, Liberal, Demented, Racist, Impotent;

But have you noticed they can't make me angry? I'm unflappable. And bullet-proof.

And I shoot the ball right over the net into their court. They hit it back into the net. I love playing tennis in this thread. My model is John Mc Enroe, FYI. He had some choice words for @ss wholes like you & R J and misterboil. I can't repeat 'em here; I'm against obscenity.

proof????

"Entitled Guia del Migrante Yucateco (or Guide for the Yucatecan Migrant), the 87-page booklet is accompanied by a Spanish- and Mayan-language DVD that gives Mexicans advice in video form on how to illegally immigrate to the U.S.

The cover of the guide shows a Mexican "migrante" standing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco."

You are an anti-American weasel!

Where ’s the coward that would not dare to fight for such a land?

Sir Walter Scott

Tumbler is most probably a LaRaza agent

As you know, Mrbill, this information has been widely known for some time. For Tumbler to claim no knowledge that the Mexican government encourages illegal immigration, proves once again that he is a liar....either that, or he's even more demented than I imagined. But he's most probably an agent for LaRaza.

Again a liar speaks

"Mrbill, this information has been widely known for some time. For Tumbler to claim no knowledge that the Mexican government encourages illegal immigration, proves once again blah blah, blah--"

That is bogus. Sorry, but no official arm of the Mexican government gave out instructions like that.

The kind of information we know was passed out was prevention pamphlets designed to keep deaths of illegals down; warning of the various forms of danger they'll confront, be it desert heat, with traffickers, and the superhighways they might attempt to cross on foot. Their government was NOT supporting or encouraging any illegal acts, but concerned that many of the offenders are endangering their lives. (Naturally, you out of racial hatred, call it support and encouragement. Proving you are not only full of shuit but a racist liar. AS USUAL.)

We do much the same sometimes, informing our own travellers of some of the problems they'll encounter in a foreign country; everything from terrorists at large, kidnappers, and even pickpockets. This is called public service dispatching.

Basta, agente de LaRaza

Basta, agente de LaRaza. You're gonna hurt yourself, twisting into a pretzel as you try to cover your lying, pro-illegal, anti-American butt.

The Mexican government issues "how to" booklets, but they're not encouraging the billions that flow into their country? And anyone who believes they are is a racist? hahahhohohohehehehaha. If the Mexican government wasn't encouraging it, LaCucaRaza, they wouldn't make the other end look so enticing.

Another Goebels rant

Yawn. Another Goebels rant. Get some new material, Tumbler. ;^>

he's at the Big Lie bag

Yes; when R J is no longer in control (when IS he ?) he'll reach for another Big Lie.

His way of debating is to cover the opponents in slime. Tell Big Lies. R J BS knows I'm not pro-illegal. Not anti-American. But if you let him, he'll cover the whole WWW with the Big Lie. Goebbels is his master. A well-known Nazi and king of liars. R J walks in his foorsteps. OH! Now that we're showing this fact; R J is sure to come back with another Big Lie. Get out of the way! HA!

verging on the edge of hysteria

More rabid ranting, but this time verging on the edge of hysteria....

Saw this early this morning here...tell me Iran has nothing to do with these attacks...just coincidental? I think not.http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,21519577-2,00.html?from=public_rss

Also as an aside Imus apologizes....what a phony.http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,264646,00.html

If this were a conservative like Rush, Laura I., Hannity, Hewitt or any others we would still be hearing about this until they were fired or had to resign.
