Two stories at Memeorandum couldn't be more well timed to show just how marginalized liberal media is becoming in America today.
The liberals at Think Progress are celebrating a debate to be hosted by CNN, as opposed to Fox. As one may still appear on Fox, they are keeping the pressure on Democrats.
Then along comes Zogby with some actually relevant information, unlike the foolish post above where liberals are thrilled at the prospect of speaking to a smaller audience.
Americans are identifying and rejecting liberal media bias as much as ever, meanwhile the liberals, CNN and MSNBC struggle to marginalize themselves even more. Ya gotta love it!
The vast majority of American voters believe media bias is alive and well – 83% of likely voters said the media is biased in one direction or another, while just 11% believe the media doesn’t take political sides, a recent IPDI/Zogby Interactive poll shows.
The Institute for Politics, Democracy, and the Internet is based at George Washington University in Washington D.C.
Nearly two-thirds of those online respondents who detected bias in the media (64%) said the media leans left, while slightly more than a quarter of respondents (28%) said they see a conservative bias on their TV sets and in their column inches. The survey, which focuses on perceptions of the “old” and “new” media, will be released today at the PoliticsOnline Conference 2007 at GWU. It is also featured in the March issue of Zogby’s Real America newsletter, now available at Zogby dot com.

There is print, TV, think tanks, tax funded NPR, and blog liberal media to just name a few. Hundreds of millions of American's view, read or listen to the liberal viewpoint every day.
And look what liberals have accomplished:
Turned Americans against their own countrymen fighting a war and the war itself
Turned Americans against this President
Turned Americans for illegal aliens and their "rights"
Turned Americans into thinking the economy is in recession when it has enjoyed one of the most robust boom periods in history even beating that of Clintoon
Turned Americans into thinking nuclear material was not sought by Iraq before the war, that a pencil pushing CIA employee was a covert agent, and that the chief of staff of the Vice-President deserved to be tried and convicted for a faulty memory
I could go on and on, but you get the picture.
Meanwhile, the above poll appears to be meaningless. While Americans' eyes and ears may be telling them what they hear is biased, they nevertheless appear to believe what they are told.
