Oprah Appears On Ellen To Declare: 'I'm Just Feeling Barack'

On his blog Changing Channels, Miami Herald TV critic Glenn Garvin warned that Oprah Winfrey will appear on the Ellen DeGeneres daytime chatfest on Thursday, and it's not exactly an intellectual Clash Of The Titans. He cited this exchange on the presidential race:

Ellen: Hillary and Barack ... That’s very interesting, right?
Oprah: Very interesting.
Ellen: Very interesting.  Anyone that you’re feeling right now?
Oprah: (nodding yes) Um hum.
Ellen: Yeah, you want to say or no?
Oprah: I’m feeling Barack.
Ellen: You’re feeling Barack
Oprah: I’m feeling Barack.
Oprah: I know it’s tough -- the thing about it is, it doesn’t make the other candidate any less.  I’m just feeling Barack.
Ellen: ....I’m really torn because I love him. I really love him.
Oprah: I don’t just love him.  I respect him.

Don't you just hear David Letterman repeating his Uma-Oprah Oscar joke? "Oprah.....Obama. Obama.....Oprah." Garvin joked: "I dare not repeat more for fear my brain will boil over and run out my ears from hypercognition. Watch if you dare."

Ohhhhh Brrrrrrother!!!!!!!!!

Ohhhhh Brrrrrrother!!!!!!!!!

And of course the fact that O

And of course the fact that Obama chose the same type of "church" that Oprah goes to, for his Muslim cover-up, has nothhhhhing to do with her 'respect' for him: "Obama and Oprah discussed their religious affiliation during his [fall 2006] appearance on her show. Both Oprah and Obama attend the largest UCC congregation, ..."

Here's something you won't hear about on MSM:

Excerpt: So what do cultural icons Oprah and Obama believe about homosexuality?

Here’s a clue: ... the UCC’s North Texas Association voted to approve Dallas Cathedral of Hope for congregational standing, making the “gay” mega-church the fourth largest congregation in the UCC denomination. A lesser known fact: DCOH has a church plant in Oklahoma City which is now a defacto part of the UCC also.

Oprah:  I don't just love hi

Oprah:  I don't just love him.  I respect him.

Well, the Queen has spoken.  Fall in line all you plebs..

What a collosal LOAD!

"I don't just love him. I respect him."

"I don't just love him.  I respect him."

Would that be in the morning?

Um...

Too much information, Oprah, my little chickadee.

ACA

Hillary Clinton says: "I want to take those profits."

Is Stedman aware of this?!

Is Stedman aware of this?!

Stedman is merely Ms. Winfrey

Stedman is merely Ms. Winfrey's 'beard.'  His opinions are meaningless.

How long did this 'feeling' g

How long did this 'feeling' go on, did his wife know about it, and did he respect you in the morning?

Another Obamagasm on TV. This is becoming a disturbing trend!

And women wonder why men have

And women wonder why men have a problem with the idea of a woman for president.  Ellen and Oprah act like a couple of freshman girls gushing over the star quarterback of the football team.  Where is the intellectual reasoning as to why they prefer Barrack over another candidate?  Instead we are treated to an episode of "Happy Days" when the Fonz walks into the malt shop.

Give me a freakin' break!

The truth may be ugly, but it is still the truth.

Yuk

Another "woman's" show which should make all "thinking" women sick to their stomachs.

NEVER,NEVER trust a liberal

"Feelings. Nothing more

"Feelings. Nothing more than feelings..."

I'm feeling a little sick t

I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach. Respect my arse... What exactly has this Dim done in his few years in the senate? Nothing that I know of. And he wants to be my President... No... sorry... not gonna work for me.

Experience...

It's his vast, nearly encyclopedic military knowledge reaped from years of service, his deep and nuanced grasp of foreign affairs, and an incredible, almost cosmic understanding of the American political system, absorbed largely by osmosis in the months he's been an elected official.

That's how.

Besides, 'Oprah sez', heretic!

I don't think Obama has any m

I don't think Obama has any more credentials to be President than I do, but I do have to give the guy credit for running a pretty clean campaign.  Hillary's gang has been shiving him from behind for months now, and he doesn't allow any of his folks to act rashly or do anything that'll make him look anything but being above all her nonsense.

What I like about Obama is he seems to be someone who's really willing to raise the bar for Presidential elections, and if he continues on that road he's going to expose Hillary for what she really is.

So far, it's a clean campaign

So far, it's a clean campaign, alright.  So clean, it evens lacks details.   Aside from Obama's anti-war rhetoric, it doesn't seem to be much more than positive slogans and cheerleading.   We seen and heard it all before.

Of course we've seen it befor

Of course we've seen it before, but look at what Hillary is doing.  While Obama is criticizing Hillary for her war vote, Hillary's attack dogs are making personal attacks against him for his religion and middle name.  Who comes out better in that fight... a snarling Hillary who's forced to use personal attacks to answer charges she's not qualified, or Obama who can keep to the high road and say "calling me names, or attacking my religion, is not goign to hide the fact that you blah, blah, blah."

You won't catch me defending

You won't catch me defending Hillary, Bruzilla.  I would take Obama over her.   I'm just not as impressed with him as many are.

The candidates are entering new territory here.  They've traditionally prepared for 12-15 months campaigns.  This one's starting a year early, and that means they'll need more money, they'll need to gain and sustain momentum longer, and the earliest entrants will be exposed to opposition longer.  While Hillary is better situated financially than any other candidate, she runs the risk of overexposure, which her style doesn't accommodate.  Obama, being Young Turk on the scene, has nothing to lose and much to gain, and it will be interesting to see if he can compensate for the weaker fund-raising position by being stronger in the other two.

First time poster, so bear wi

First time poster, so bear with me.

Has anyone addressed the fact that Obama backed into his Senate seat by default? Default of the Chicago Tribune and a California judge. He runs a so called clean campaign by having others do his dirty work.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Coronation, cancellation

So, Oprah says "I don't just love him.  I respect him." ?

GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!

Let's coronate him, and cancel the 2008 elections!
