This one is going to require all potables, combustibles, and sharp objects to be safely stowed – trust me!
Many computer users are familiar with an e-card company called Blue Mountain. If you haven’t received such an electronic show of affection from a friend or relative, well, you must not be a very nice person (/sarcasm).
Anyway, for Valentine’s Day, the company apparently offered customers a rather racy card that disparaged Democrats. As reported by the liberal website Raw Story (e-card video available here h/t NB reader HumanEvents):
“This Valentine's Day, one of the nation's largest greeting card companies is circulating a satirical online greeting card that depicts ‘Love Democratic Style’ as 'throw[ing] family values out the window' and depicts House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) dressed as a dominatrix and Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) as a maid.”
Unfortunately, the link to the e-card in question now says, “Sorry, this greeting is no longer available.” However, the following screen captures will give the reader an idea of the content.
As the reader can see, the greeting began with Hillary Clinton depicted as a maid:

Next, John Kerry and Howard Dean were added to the picture wearing dog collars:

Some newcomers to Congress were also depicted wearing dog collars:

No card would be complete without Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid with a woman’s heal stepping on his face, and the caption, “Family values out the window”:

And, finally, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi:

The greeting ended with:

According to Raw Story, no “Love Republican Style” was available at Blue Mountain’s website. That could neither be confirmed nor denied.

February 16, 2007 - 10:26 ET by The FugitiveI use Blue Mountaion all the time, now after this, I WILL ONLY USE BLUE MOUNTAIN!!! Man I went on the site last night to send a e-card to my family, and saw the no longer available post and wondered what it was about. I would have sent that card to everyone I know had it still been there, they would have wet themselves laughing. Wish they still had it up.
Why is it that EVERYTIME a liberal opens their mouth, I feel a sudden urge to hand them a roll of toilet paper?

February 16, 2007 - 10:28 ET by HumanEventsYou can view this e-card at YouTube. It's pretty cool. I always liked the "Love American Style" theme song anyway (also on YouTube).
Too bad it's taken off Blue Mountain now. Guess the libs couldn't take it. Remember when John sKerry reacted to the Swift Boat Veteran ads by wanting to ban them? Darn funny how he couldn't ever even attempt to refute their claims. Of course here we're only talking about a humorous ecard about Democratic "family values"! Yet more examples of Democratic "tolerance"!

But is there anything more antithetical than a Republican Valentine's Day card? I mean, it's a holiday all about...feelings, and all that other nonsense the right can't stand!

February 16, 2007 - 21:50 ET by muh-oonI wanted to send it to someone, but it is already gone from youtube. I wish someone could get the video file and e-mail it. February 17, 2007 - 01:01 ET by Aslans GirlI'm really surprised by this because I quit using Blue Mountain greetings years ago due to their being enviromentalists, so I figured they were libs. Go figure.
