...Ok, I'll address the actual intent of what she said. Clearly she meant that she wouldn't have used military force in Iraq if she had been president. I don't believe her because she was so emphatic at the time about her belief that Saddam presented a clear and immediate danger to U.S. interests and that he needed to be dealt with due to his persistent defiance of the U.N. resolutions. She looked at the same intelligence Bush did, and reached the same conclusion, like almost everyone else in Congress. She's on record for that, and I think at the time she believed it. Therefore, I think she would have invaded Iraq at that time and she's lying now.
