As the 2008 campaign heats up, members of the mainstream media are having trouble deciding between their old favorite (Hillary) and the new flame (Obama). Both CNN and ABC leapt to the defense of Senator Barack Obama after he was accused of attending an Islamic madrassah as a child. (Of course, ABC once devoted an entire episode of "Nightline" to murky allegations that George W. Bush did coke as a younger man.)

But perhaps Obama should be a little worried. The "Early Show" demonstrated exactly why Hillary is still the media’s favorite. Over on MSNBC, Chris Matthews told Hillary Clinton that "ideologues on the right" were responsible for the death of her famous health care plan.

ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos asked another 2008 candidate, Bill Richardson, if, as president, he would please just raise taxes.

Regarding the current Commander in Chief, the "Today" show wondered if anyone is still listening to Bush.

Meanwhile, the Vice President fought back against CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. At one point, he told the anchor, "You’re out of line."

Finally, the always reliable Rosie O’Donnell called (again) for Bush’s impeachment.

Thank you NB for taking on these issues and giving a voice to those who have been kept silent for years. It's taken years for the cancer of liberalism to do its dirty work in America.  Its now in remission but it's going to take years to remove it.The fight must go on for Americ's heart and soul. And telling the truth is the greatest weapon we have. Because of my background, I would hope that in the future you would delve into one our nation's greatest threats --the educational system. Keep up the good work NB!

isia - I stand by you--thank you NB. I do not, though , feel that the cancer is in remission. I feel it is growing. Fueled by the cancer of apathy, the other cancer feeds from it and grows stronger.

The Academy Awards coming up, should be renamed "Fantasy Island".   With a Gore Documentary (?) on Global warming......I mean Geeezzzz.   And Calif. has frozen oranges and Avacodoes from last week ...... maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be 40 degrees the day of the Awards.  

I thought a Scientists said if both the North and South poles melted, the entire Sea level with go up 20 inches  ?  Yet Gore's movie shows 20 foot or more.   Maybe Gore watched "Water World" and got the unit of measure incorrect ?
