Let's Go to the Video: When and Where Did Hillary Tape 'I'm In' Announcement?

If the timing came as a bit of surprise, nothing could have been less unexpected than Hillary's "I'm In" announcement of today.

But have a look at the video of her announcement. Rather than her "let's chat" rap, please focus on the background. Look out the door. Presumably the announcement was shot in one of Hillary's homes: Chappaqua or Georgetown. Now I know it's been a mild winter, but even so, surely the leaves are gone from the trees and bushes in either spot. And check out the yellow spot in the bushes. At first I thought it was just a warm dapple of sunshine. But freeze the frame when, about 1/4 of the way through, Hillary says "how to end the deficits that threaten Social Security." That's not sunshine -- those are flowers in bloom.

The announcement is essentially content-free. All Hillary talks about is having a conversation. Not only is it devoid of any solutions, it notably fails to make reference to any specific current events. If this had been taped in the last couple days, could Hillary have resisted referring to her just-completed trip to Iraq? True, she does mention starting conversations "Monday," but it could have always been the plan to roll out the announcement over a weekend.

So, what's the story? Did Hillary have this video in the can during all those months while she was claiming to be making up her mind? Was it a carefully staged artificial background? Minor points in the great scheme of things, but perhaps interesting for us political junkie types.

Wouldn't you love to see a reporter put the question to Hillary and see how she answers?

UPDATE: A national-level reporter whom I respect informs me that the video was
produced last week in DC. The reporter does not know whether the
background is natural.

Yes, you are so right. Very near the beginning of the Clinton regime, it was announced that we got 2 (Presidents) for the price of one. They gave her the title of co-president, until that didn't go over so well. But, as you are correct to point out, she most certainly continued to hold that position, albeit unofficially. She is generally considered to be the "brains" of the Clinton crime family, with hubby "BJ" Bill being the mouthpiece or spokesperson, and who relishes his ability to lie about any scandal that arises. I haven't seen the tape, so I'll have to ask: did the camera pan left to right thereby making Hillary appear to move to the left in the image? If so, was the cameraman making a statement that perhaps he was not impressed by her? What you said that jumped out at me was: perhaps the window scene is a fake. Yes, perhaps a bit like their marriage. Billy boy has had girlfriends the entire time they've been married. Now why would that be necessary, if they're the loving, happy couple they try to portray? Hillary has been unofficially "outed" on more than one occasion. The one time, was about 10 years ago, when Dick Morris was offering up possible reasons for Bill's involvement with Monica. As with all things Clinton, things aren't usually as they appear and are quite often found to be totally fraudulent. Yep, sure got that right. That's just it. Everyhing about the Clinton's is a manufactured illusion, created to help them appear more human. The sham marriage between her and Billy Boy is but one glaring example. In fact, the only evidence that the two ever even had physical relations is that we have Chelsea around. For all we know, it could have been an artificially induced pregnancy.

The funny (or not-so-funny) thing is that it is all so transparently obvious to any observer with even the most rudimentary analytical skills. What really surprises me is the number of people that will take huge personal risks, up to and including doing jail time, in aiding them in this effort. What I find even more disturbing is the huge number of people in this country who seem to buy this stuff, but who really should know better. Scary stuff, if you ask me.

Funny you should bring up Miss Chelsea. The day after the 9/11 twin towers attack, Chelsea was quoted in the media as saying she just knows Bush was involved with the incident. Like mother, like daughter. The automatic response I got is that the only way the she could possibly know Bush was involved was if he came to visit while her own mother and father were laying the groundwork of planning to allow the attacks to be made against us. I can't tell for sure if it's a flower or the sun. On the closer freeze frame it could be flower but in the larger picture it looks like part of the sun coming through.

If it was taped very recent, one reason that the bushes could still be green is if the bushes are of the evergreen variety. I've got a few inches of snow right now and my rhododendron and laurel bushes still have all their green leaves (I'm further north than the Clinton's Chappaqua house). My azaleas still have most of their leaves though some have dropped because I think this variety is considered a semi-evergreen. I think most camellias keep their foliage in winter too (although I'm not familiar with how far north camellias can go). It's not uncommon to have these type of bushes near the house as they are frequently used for foundation plantings. Their retention of leaves look more attractive against a house in winter than do bare bushes.

My grass is still green too like her's which can be seen really well towards the end of the video (when the shot goes wider and shows more sunlight in the upper right corner).

Yes, anyone who's not a youngster knows that that the Dems, along with their corrupt labor union buddies, have had close ties - working relationships - with the "mob", the mafia, organized crime going back about 100 years. It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that they have been utilized to see that people who might expose the Clinton corruption get silenced (permanently). Although it's rarely talked about, both Hillary, from Chiacago, and Bill, from Arkansas, both have some PERSONAL ties to the mob. They just say that "something needs to be done" about so-and-so, and it happens. Interesting that you mentioned the name of the first person that Bill got pregnant after marrying Hillary, whose death got reported, and of couse never fully investigated, as a suicide. The Clinton crime family is way too powerful, and it's impossible to recognize who's working for them, doing their "dirty work", until it's too late!

Let's pray to God that somebody comes in front of the media and exposes them before we get 8 more years of Clinton corruption!

Yes, it's extremely discouraging how huch corruption they've been able to get away with. Perhaps the most disturbing to me, based on it's potential for harm to every American, is that of treason. They should not simply be imprisoned, as treasonous traitors, they shold be executed in the same manner of others in our nation's past. That no one in law enforcement or the Justice Department has been able to hold them accountable for their actions is what's the most disturbing! The network of corruption they've put in place is positively mind-blowing, when you stop and think about it! That these criminals, masquerading as politicans, are able to get away with anything and everything! Heaven help us!

As I "learned everything I needed to know about life in Kindegarten" either the year before, or year of, Bill and Hillary's start of Law School across town. As I wrote original material about a need for change in America's policy direction before I have since been able to find any material quoting Clinton with such thoughts. As I stopped supporting Clinton on eve of Democratic Convention and was pleased that four columns on NYT op-ed page ran with my desired editorial positioning. As I wondered whether Clinton's who got to office almost exclusively thanks to Ross Perot and only with 37% (not much more than numbers portrayed by MSM as deadly for any President). As I had reservations about Bill trying to go uptown while his supporters still had years of struggles ahead of them. As I had a great time at cook-out in Chapaqua (sp?) during my wait for Clinton to leave office years - ultimate frisbee league days (three a week). As Clinton I mean didn't end up down town as he tried as escape did end up readvised in futuristic Harlem (uptown.). The gloves are off with every part of Hillary's past public and political life with Bill - no question shouldn't be asked by media. Is this only a vendetta to drag bill and Paula and bill and jennifer and bill and Monica out in the public arena again and yes for vengence?

What I find interesting is that Hillary made a canned announcement without hoardes of screaming supporters or pesky reporters around. It reminds me of a speech by Queen Elizabeth to her subjects. So the day has arrived when the Dragon Lady annouces she's running in '08. I said last year that she'd announce between January and March '07. Everyone knew she was running. Well ... sadly, not everyone. But isn't it incredible that anyone would be that gullible to believe her (and the Great Stainmaker too, for that matter) that her running is up in the air? She kept dodging the question so New Yorkers would re-elect her as Senator. What suckers! And how pathetic that she says she will now spend the next 2 years as Senator to "do everything in my power to limit the damage George W. Bush can do." Boy that's really representing New Yorkers. She's going to be solely focused on the Presidency and, like every other Democrat, attacking Bush on a daily basis.

I've also said for about a couple of years now that I think she'll be the next President. Sadly, I still feel this terrible fate is upon us. "Associates of Clinton say she will be capable of raising tens of millions of dollars in the year to come." Add to that the fact that the Clintons don't play fair and never get held accountable for any crime or wrongdoing (eg. HiLIARy's illegal campaign fundraising in 2000 and Sick Willie's Lippogate, INS gate, and many others in '96). And then the fact that the MSM will do everything it can to sell this demonette to the masses and it looks likely that we are doomed. What will be interesting to see is if the GOP candidate will have the guts to tell the country how corrupt and dangerous she is. Or will he merely stick to "issues, not insults" as Bubba conned Dole into in '96 (as if pointing out all of Bill's numerous scandals in his first term would be insults! And as if Democrats would ever keep silent on a Republican scandal!). Well if John McCain is the candidate we know what the answer to that is. He appeared with her last year on "Meet the Press" and said that he is sure she would make a good president! That statement right there shows he himself would be a terrible president since he thinks that!

And whether that phony background with the flowers and green trees and grass was added for effect or is indicative that this was taped long ago for when "the day of declaring" came, the bottom line is it's PHONY and that's the point - EVERYTHING about her is a fraud. Literally.

One final thought: If she were to lose the election she'd probably pull an Algore and refuse to concede (but for likely a FAR longer time than a month like Algore did).

Did anyone else notice that the men who announced (Edwards, Obama, Brownback) spoke from strength, with conviction? And Hillary seemed mostly focused on smiling, appearing warm, friendly, etc. Does she think that Americans want strength from a male President but a milk-and-cookies approach from a woman?
Aside from the fact that I think the whole thing looked really fake and forced, why does she think it's important to soften her image with the "let's chat" routine?
