Gleeful Stephen Colbert CELEBRATES Impeachment, Mocks 'Sad' Pelosi

In times of stark national polarization, one can always count on late-night host Stephen Colbert to further cement that divide, as he did on Wednesday’s Late Show in cheering for impeachment. At the very least, however, he was honest in calling out Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for her fraudulent display of somberness during the impeachment vote earlier in the day.

Clinton Hack Stephanopoulos on ‘Indelible Mark' of Trump Impeachment

MSNBC’s Jolly: Impeachment ‘Reflected...the Greatness of the Republic’

MSNBC’s post-impeachment vote coverage on Wednesday was predictably littered with former Republicans to disingenuously express dismay about the state of the GOP and hail Democrats as saviors. For The Last Word, former GOP Congressmen Tom Coleman (MO) and David Jolly (FL) filled that role, trumpeting the impeachment vote as illustrating “the greatness of the republic” but also how the GOP…

O’Donnell: The Senate Is Un-Democratic, ‘Represents Land, Not People’

Capping off Wednesday’s The Last Word and hours after President Trump’s impeachment, MSNBC pundit Lawrence O’Donnell boasted that the impeachment vote happened because voters took “power into their own hands and elect[ed] a new House of Representatives last year” and thus represents America. This was in contrast to the U.S. Senate because it “represents land, not people” and is thus both un-…

Liberal pundit Rachel Maddow could barely contain her excitement at the onset of her eponymous MSNBC show on Wednesday night, boasting “this is not a dream” after House Democrats finally voted to impeach President Trump. And then at the end of her show, she went going gaga for Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA), swooning that’s been on “quite an odyssey” over the course of the impeachment inquiry.

CNN Host: It’s ‘Very Hard’ for Voters to Understand Impeachment

On Wednesday’s Cuomo Prime Time after the House vote to impeach President Trump, CNN weekend host Michael Smerconish took a shot at the American voters by kvetching that, according to polls, support for impeachment has gone down. And as for why, he surmised that it’s perhaps because Americans have incorrectly deemed it too partisan, decided to tune it out, and that they’re too busy to truly…

Todd Whines About Unmoving Impeach Polls, ‘Bizarre’ Trump Gets Cheered

Not long after Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) began tallying the House vote for the first Article of Impeachment against President Trump Wednesday night, NBC political director Chuck Todd began to complain about how the latest NBC News poll on impeachment showed an unpersuaded public. Whether it was repeatedly boasting of how impeachment will be a “stain” on Donald Trump’s legacy or expressing fear about what Trump will do in the future or heralding the exercise as a “great day” for “our constitutional democracy,” CNN couldn’t have been giddier about Wednesday night’s impeachment of President Donald Trump.

OBSESSED: CBS Spent Entire Evening News Program Pushing Impeachment

For 20 minutes and 25 seconds, the entirety of their Wednesday evening airtime, that’s how much time CBS Evening News dedicated to hawking impeachment to their viewers. The time was used to gush about Democratic speeches, mock White House spin, decry the President’s anger, chide Americans unwilling to go along, and boast about the lack of impartiality from Senate Democrats running for President.

Sports Blogger Blames Trump for 'Hatred, Racism' at Army-Navy

Army cadets and Navy midshipmen were emboldened Saturday to display white power hand signs because President Donald Trump was present and wearing his MAGA hat at the football rivalry game in Philadelphia. Also 16 African American female cadets were justified in their black power salutes three years ago because they had to endure what previously happened in Ferguson and to Trayvon Martin. So says…

The Right to Destroy Cities

This week, the Supreme Court effectively mandated continued legal tolerance for homelessness across major cities on the West Coast of the United States. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that Americans have a right to sleep on the streets, and that it amounts to “cruel and unusual punishment” under the Constitution to levy fines based on such behavior.

The pro-LGBTQ media is now giving advice to the Hallmark Channel on how best to redress offending gays after the network reversed their decision to pull a lesbian ad last week.
