It must be white guilt week for network television shows as the fall season gets underway. Even in the world of superheroes, the white characters are taken to task for not being woke enough for their black counterparts. The struggle is real.

On Monday's Morning Joe show on MSNBC, contributor Kurt Bardella delivered his latest gratuitous trash talk against Republicans, accusing them of labeling minorities as "dirt" and "the enemy." The frequent guest offered no examples of these provocative claims.

Fresh off an unfunny stint hosting the Emmy Awards on CBS, Cedric the Entertainer premiered a new season of his show The Neighborhood  on Monday, September 20, and it was another embarrassing stroll down white guilt lane.

As the California recall campaign closed, New Day and other CNN shows ignored news reflecting unfavorably on Democrats while going negative against Republican candidate Larry Elder until the very end.

On Monday, Netflix released a trailer for the Colin Kaepernick series that begins Oct. 29. As of this morning, more than two-thirds of the YouTube reactions were thumbs down. In a glimpse of the upcoming series, the trailer for “Colin in Black & White” features Kaepernick whining about others determining “our” path and preventing “us” from speaking our truth.

Thankfully one media channel not so scared of law enforcement has decided it’s time to bring back the long-running, fan favorite police show Cops after it was cancelled in the anti-police backlash following George Floyd’s death.

Though he has been one of the most obnoxious libs in media history, even Bill Maher is not woke enough to be down with the NFL’s inclusion of a “black national anthem” before games. The Real Time with Bill Maher host slammed the league over the weekend for including both anthems, saying that all it is is segregation by another name.

ESPN, more and more, seems like it has flipped the meaning of diversity and inclusion. According to Outkick columnist Bobby Burack, it’s become obvious that ESPN is giving blatant advantages to some over others in its hiring process.

Abbott over the state's abortion law, she spoke of a "menstruating person" and "any person with a menstrual cycle." AOC wouldn't want anyone to imagine she thinks that only women can menstruate…

On Monday's Deadline: White House on MSNBC, frequent guest Matthew Dowd was again oozing praise for Joe Biden over the President's Afghanistan failures as the former ABC analyst also hyperbolically claimed that, like Afghanistan, America is also a "safe haven for terrorists."

Corporate media companies are yet again deeming what’s appropriate for American viewers to watch. This time Comedy Central has subtly removed an entire episode of NBC’s hit show The Office from its library for not being woke enough.
