They didn't have any problems whenever he stiff-armed them during the campaign.  They didn't figure out that this was one controlling individual?

I remember wondering in comments back then, how they would take it when he was President and they got stiffed. I predicted that they would take it, and they are, so far at least. I'm predicting they will continue, because, as we all know, "access" is the name of the game.  They will let him walk on them, each in the hope that he will be the privileged one.

Even worse, this commentary by John Harris and Jim Vandehei, (another NOW they're concerned about it!) proves that they fell down on the job. Only that lack of concern will be paid for not just by them, but by all of us.

Obama is definitely in over his head! This does surprise me somewhat for he so exuded confidence and a sense that he had destiny in his back pocket. His taking the oath again was silly. I still think it was being so close to a Bible that rattled him and Roberts. You notice things went smoothly during the rerun when the Good Book was left on the shelf. And his obvious frustration with the Biden "Roberts crack" showed a man barely containing his rage. Now, the press--his cadre of clowns--realizes  he wants to continue his control over them and why shouldn't he: they have been fawning over him for years. Surprise! Surprise! The press got him elected and now feeling secure the evil Bush is gone, they will hold him accountable. Obama doesn't  seem to realize the reporters have a more sacred  cow to protect and that is their freedom to question and report and write editorials that may very well be critical of him when he doesn't return the big favor they did in getting him the office. I'm afraid the honeymoon is over before the breakfast tray has been served.  I have concerns about his march toward socialism, his policy in the Middle East, his abortion stance and many other  positions but there appears to be another matter we are just now learning--we have elected a bungler, a stumbler--and that is very transparent. I'm afraid we have another Jimmy Carter on our hands!

That is EXACTLY what FDR did his entire administration.  Up till his death at the end of WWII 95% of the population of the US had no clue that FDR was wheel chair bound from Polio.  He controlled and forbid any picturs showing him in his chair or being carried around by the secret service with his braces on.  If a reporter did manage to publish a pic of him that way they were blacklisted from the white house and never let back in till after his death. 

Get used to it MSM, you elected him, you deal with it.
