Obama is a first class liar, he proved that over and over in the campaign. Does the MSM care? Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, I foresee that the MSM will tell us poor pitiful sweating masses that we had better not criticize ANYTHING Obama says or does until long after his reign is over (maybe not even then). Heck, My dear husband asked his co-workers if they were happy that "Hussein" was elected, and they didn't know what he was talking about,he had to prove to them that BO's middle name was hussein. we could blame the MSM for spreading half-truths and selective reporting, but I say, even of they were perfectly thorough and unbiased, most folks wouldn't care. BO makes them feel good, why worry about specifics?

My newest fear is that we'll end up with a sort of 1984 "ministry of truth" to go back and "correct" publications, history books, historical documents, so that nothing damaging can surface. And if anyone seems to remember something that contradicts what is being said today, no documentation can be found to back it up.

The first charge is completely fair. Not a major issue, but fair to say.  I think saying Biden is one of the least respected Senators in Congress is a bit rediculous though. But everyone's entitled to thier opinion. As for the second..well it's slightly misleading...with a smiggen of truth.  If you clicked on the liknk you read the title of the article is "Obama to set limits on lobby hires"

However, all in all...fair to bring the issues up.

The media is in total LUV with Barack Obama (like anyone here needed that pointed out) in a way that makes me feel not tingly, but disgusted. I don't know how I'm going to get any news for the next four years that isn't finished with "XXOO, the MSM".

Obama's already broken a campaign promise.  Color me shocked.  In fact, the only thing that would have shocked me would have been complete honesty during his acceptance speech:  "Y'know all those promises I made during the campaign about change and hope?  Psych! Yeah, like I really meant all that garbage."
