For a Thursday funny, the grown-ups at CNN must have been napping when they allowed a half informed intern to type up their screen graphic on Wednesday. As the CNN "Sky View" camera roamed the audience during the Republican Convention the screen graphic helpfully informed the viewer that McCain "Officially wins Democratic Nomination."

Psst, CNN. It's McCain wins the Republican nomination. Just tryin' to help ya out, there.

Lets not even go into all
September 4, 2008 - 03:39 ET by randy hayesLets not even go into all the major Republican Faux pas!
Nice to be Back!
what faux pas?
September 4, 2008 - 03:47 ET by spiderdanYou're back....from where or what?
Clearly, not from a place where intellect or command of the language prevails. I've seen most of the RNC -- it's been clean, articulate, and on course. No errors.
Unless, you prefer more evidence why the pandering socialist and racist from Illinois has no business being remotely considered viable as President of the United States. Many have clearly illuminated that fact; I just wish they'd call that clown what he is: a pandering socialist and racist that couldn't carry Sarah Palin's dirty laundry across the street. I don't bother comparing the Democratic candidate to Senator McCain. John McCain elevates political discourse -- the candidate from Illinois has taken it into the septic tank.
Now, you're welcome to stick around and relish a McCain/Palin victory or return to where ever it was you were.
It came from the Stern Fan Network.

September 4, 2008 - 09:45 ET by mbuelThis makes me wonder if CNN even has a graphic overlay for republicans.

Palin has accomplished great things, while Obama has continued to make empty promises that the world owes you a living.

September 4, 2008 - 12:15 ET by mbuelPersonally,
I'm laughing my ass off at the response from liberals in the media and the workplace. They are in FULL panic mode.

brain farts
September 4, 2008 - 12:17 ET by Dagny TaggartAnd last night the ever so unbiased Olberman said "We'll be back in a minute with more from the Democratic National Convention."
While that may not be the exact quote, he did, in fact, make reference to this being the Democratic convention.
