Nope, there isn't any leftward tilt at MSNBC, is there? How could there be when MSNBC was introducing a John McCain clip during a "news" story and instead of the video of John McCain, up popped Heath Ledger as "The Joker."
Our old pal Johnnydollar captured the video.

Of course, it is equally as possible that it was just plain incompetence in the control room, but anyone would be excused for thinking it is an Obamaidiot in the control room instead of just an average, everyday idiot!
And with the Obama clan's famously thin skin, who doesn't think he'd be "outraged" over this were it an Obama intoduction followed by a Joker video clip?
We report, you deride.

July 21, 2008 - 06:56 ET by Jack BauerThe only thing thinner than Obama's skin is his resume.
And that's thinner than an anorexic super-model.
The Joker, in the comics,
July 21, 2008 - 08:15 ET by KillgraveThe Joker, in the comics, has a long face, sharp chin, and a wide, disturbing grin.
If you slap on some facepaint on BHO you got the Joker.
it's just an accident
July 21, 2008 - 09:01 ET by lunaticcringeradiobut these accident always seem to happen, often, at a few particular "news" agencies. how many times has an accident happened like that at foxnews?but it's just a programming accident, they were in a hurry, they were rushed, and batman is a hot topic these days. easy excuses i'm sure, but after being in the news media business for a while you're always rushed and in a hurry and it's your job not to screw up, it's your job to be a professional. but it's just an accident remember. an accident that seems to always happen in the same manner to gain a certain effect to a certain group of persons every time.
a real accident would be the media reporting on a conservative in a good light.

Yeah these "technical" problems only happen at CNN and MSNBC
July 21, 2008 - 09:17 ET by Dee Bunkand only in a way that mocks conservatives. They never seem to happen at the networks or FNC.
disrespectful
July 21, 2008 - 10:14 ET by MrltavernThis could've been a mistake but you never know with that channel. It looked as if Alex Witt was truly embarassed. But still it's disrespectful.

"That was bad."
July 21, 2008 - 11:39 ET by RobNSeemed to me that it was most likely an honest mistake -- she seemed flustered and said "That was bad," in what seemed to be a genuine manner.
I agree that if it happened to Obama (particularly if the mistaken video was about Osama bin Laden), we'd be hearing about it a lot more. But let's not let liberals' standards become our standards. If we laugh this off, we'll be able to show we have a sense of humor and don't ALWAYS complain when the real fireworks start, in another month or so.
well...
July 21, 2008 - 11:50 ET by Warner Todd HustonWell, you're making a huge mistake if you imagine that the left will give you credit for having a "sense of humor."
Well...
July 21, 2008 - 15:33 ET by Indiana JoeWell, maybe not "the left," they'll never give conservatives credit for anything. But maybe the voters would perceive us differently.
I think it was an honest
July 21, 2008 - 12:07 ET by Cureboy675I think it was an honest mistake. Besides John McCain wears much more face makeup than Heath Ledger's Joker.
He does? :?
July 21, 2008 - 13:56 ET by FoolicanHe does? :?
Of course...
July 21, 2008 - 19:32 ET by retroconOf course it was NOT an honest mistake.
Although i doubt the anchor knew anything about it, some mischievious liberal tech was having fun. Since he/she did it to McCain, they won't even get a hand slapped. Let them do the same to BHO, and woooo i'll bet they'd never work in that field again.
It was not the first time, either. I've seen NB and MRC document many cases of "accidental" titles, clips, etc.
Propoganda, half-truths, and lies of the worst kind, propogated by the MSM, might just win this for BHO. How do you fight that machine???
It's just wrong.
