This is not a Photoshop hack job; this is just a relatively clear image of Obama. The "change" stamp in the background is just a coincidence.

What is so difficult about referring to persons as they refer to themselves, or as someone would introduce himself or herself to another?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to discern why many on the right, in light of current events, want to emphasize Obama's middle name at every opportunity. But I think that nail has been hammered enough, and at some point the practice will be found distasteful by a majority of Americans.
