Daily Kos Week in Review: Must Be The Money
To the left-wing mind, conservatives' hatred of sex and minority groups is matched only by their love of war and, of course, the almighty dollar. This week, one Kossack opined that the GOP wins solely by offering "bribes" (i.e., tax cuts) to "degenerate" voters. Another argued that Republicans' advantage over Democrats is their "appeal to the basest of human instincts; greed."
As usual, each headline is preceded by the blogger's name or pseudonym.
Troubadour: Republicans are on the take
...[T]he Republican Party is more of a criminal syndicate than a political organization...
...Republican voters are not misguided; they are not honest, hardworking people who've misjudged the situation; they are not patriotic Americans led astray by charismatic (ha!) leaders. They are just degenerate people whose corruption is commensurate to their means.
They vote Republican for one reason, and one reason only: Because Republicans bribe them in every single election...
protoscholar: GOP = Greedy Old Party
...[R]epublicans are better at soundbites because they appeal to the basest of human instincts; greed. "Make things better for me right now, regardless of the future or the impact on anyone else." Democrats look to the future and the effect of a policy on everyone, and that makes things complicated. Complicated takes time to explain, and takes thought to understand. That's a hard task in a world of soundbites and apathy...
AlecMN: Scott Walker beats Dustin Hoffman
...It is almost as if Republicans politicians are idiot savants. Totally dysfunctional in all aspects of life, except for a very specific realm in which they show genius. They cannot run a country or a state, but when it comes to destroying opponents they are brilliant. Heck, Governor Walker is the ultimate "Rain Man"...
hannah: Conservatism is a big scam
...Calling conservatives cons is appropriate because their stock in trade is basically deception...
That liars tell stories that put themselves into an unfavorable light is probably one of the hardest things to comprehend. [Romney's] Seamus story is probably a good example. Why does he tell it over and over again? Because it gets him credibility for his other lies...
sasharusa: Pregnancy is an alien invasion
...[B]ack to the whole fetus = parasite thing. That is how I see them. I don't see them as cute and cuddly. I see them as terrifying and scary. I see pregnancy the same way.
Here are some examples on how pregnancy is a parasitic relationship...
The "relationship" only benefits the fetus.
The mother's organs and body parts become damaged.
The fetus controls the mother.
The fetus doesn't give anything "back".
Some people would argue that this is a form of Mutualism, which is a relationship where both the host and the parasite benefit, but how does this benefit the mother? Where is that "benefit"?...

MA...we now live in a society where it's greedy to want to keep one's own money and a virtue to want to take from others.

Not only do Republicans want to keep their own money but they may also end up spending it on those parasitic fetuses!

You assume that that money is actually yours. It's really the government's money, you're just borrowing it when you get paid every couple of weeks, and they have the right to declare that it should instead go to the guy who uses Disability as an excuse to not get a job and tinker with his beloved car all day.
I mean, c'mon, get with the program already. :P

Yeah I see some of those guys sometimes. They finally roll outa bed at the crack of noon and are still in those pajama pants things till around four o' clock when they eventually get dressed to go hang out with some buds, get high and drag back in at one or two in the morning.

The sad thing is, my remark was pretty well a perfect description of my aunt's next-door neighbor, who fiddles with his beloved car (and leaves it running very loudly for long periods of time) while the family dog goes underfed and ignored, which is the real shame because she's a very sweet and friendly girl.

The K(C)ossacks had tangible skills, where your ordinary Liberal/Democrat has none, other than the gift for promulgating illogical, vicious gossip.
i.e.: It's a crime how Romney handles HIS MONEY, but, it's okay what Obama and his sycophants do with OUR MONEY!

Isn't it Ironic that during the 2008 campaign Obama voters were saying," now we dont have to worry about our mortgage, because we gots BARAK OBAMA!" The Democrat/communists whole campaign for 2012 thus far is talking about giving people thier "fair share" and taxing the "rich". And they say Republicans bribe voters? That's pretty funny.
PS. When Romney wins it will be weird to actually have a real POTUS. Obama hasn't stopped campaigning long enough to even act like the President. And he's still blaming Bush.

Shasharusa's statement about motherhood and pregnancy shows IMO, the type of twisted, sick Liberal attitude that results in hundreds of thousands of abortions every year. "how does it benefit the mother" ? I don't even know what to say to something like that. Its amazing to me that people can actually believe garbage like that, and it's obvious that person does not have a loving close knit family.
Their justification
Submitted by ArcherB on Sat, 04/21/2012 - 9:59am.
I'm amazed at the level of hate that comes from these guys. I sometimes wonder if they even know any conservatives at all. It's like they think we are all the rich oil baron from the lasted Muppet Movie... "Maniacal laugh". Or worse, tornado dodgin' "trailer trash" in the deep south. Their level of hatred has only been seen in worst of bigots.
The problem is that the caricatures they have made up don't exist. They have made them up in order to justify their hatred. If they were to change their minds about how they feel about conservatives, that would mean that they were wrong and unjustly abused us. The other option is to find data that backs up their preconceived notions. Obviously, this is the choice they have made. They go to places like Kos because it paints a picture of the conservative caricature that justifies their hatred. It doesn't matter if the facts don't back it up. That's not important. What is important is that it backs what what they think to be true and justifies their Crusade.
They know it's wrong to hate, but it's OK to hate the evil. They hate conservatives, so conservatives must be evil. Given that, they go out into the world looking for data to back that up. Sometimes, they have to make it up themselves.

It's truly amazing how the libtards broadcast their tells. I rarely find any public meme from the left that is not just pure projection. ArcherB has it right on the hate and the religious like belief system the libtards create.
The part I don't understand is how the GOP or any other so-called conservative group fails to defeat these clowns at every turn if they are giving up their entire book of strategy and tactics at every turn. I suppose that the LSM being totally in the tank for leftist nonsense has a lot to do with it. It's hard to out shout such a large megaphone.

It is pretty hard bribe someone who pays NO federal income taxes with a tax break !!!!! What a bunch of brain dead loonies these people are.
While we are talking about fair, how fair is it that something like 48 percent of federal tax filers pay NO federal income tax?? Just who is that fair to??????
Exactly how does someone become better off financially if their only income comes from some type of "entitlement"? Don't you have to actually EARN an income and have a job to have some financial security?
The GOP is offering bribes?!

What a bunch of deluded assholes.
So, the bribes that we saw as the democrats were taken off to private meetings returning with cash in their pockets and a changed vote to yes on the health care monstrosity. What was that????

ArcherB nailed it. The Kossacks believe in caricatures that don't even exist (heck, I'll add that their caricatures are also miles away from any kind of reality). They exude hatred seen only in the worst of bigots. They make up data to back up their (otherwise untenable) positions.
I would invite anyone to try an account on The Daily Kos for awhile. Try to be as logical and sensible with them as possible in your postings. Have your facts ready and back up your positions with them; don't forget to show that you are using common sense. I can guarantee you that you will be booted off in about a month.
I tried that twice, the last time I got booted I was called "an uncommonly polite troll". So much for reasoned debate in the Kossack Universe.

Back around '79 / ' 80 usa cable network started airing snippets of something called new wave theater on the weekends.
Taped @ the Mabuhay Gardens in Frisco. The show featured punk bands.
To break things up, the show would feature a spokesman for Genkel Industries.
