Did you read the caption under the picture of Ayers in the original Chacago Trib article? It says: Bill Ayers, former 1960s radical activist turned college professor, listens to Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. speak at Northwestern University during an event hosted by Northwestern's Black Student Alliance.

He was pictured listening to Rev Wright, the same Reverend that BO did not listen to in 20 years of going to Wright’s church.

Don’t (blank) on my leg and tell me it is raining. Don’t tell me that these guys, Ayers, Wright, Obama, aren’t all friends and don’t share the same beliefs

Now this morning with Ayers appearance on TV to peddle his book the conventional wisdom of the MSM is that Ayers and Obama were just passing acquaintances.

 I hate the MSM… grumble, grumble.

Let it go. He's now a non story. There were lots of militant radicals in the 60's.  Calling him a terrorist is now simply a marketing ploy by the far right.

Move on to something more important like the rediculous notion of bailing out GM so they can continue bleeding.

The hiring of 5 million community organizers will help give the American workforce the jobs it so desperately needs. Nothing is free, Its annual cost would be 250 billion dollars and would be a great investment in the nations future. The main task of an organizer is to search for factors in isolated communities that prevent it from joining the greater whole. Some of those factors could be education, transportation, need of economic development, and xenophobia. With total support from our government those problems would be solved. The final outcome would be a unified nation with the most productive workforce in the world.

The MSM never ceases to amaze.  Not one question, narry a mention of Ayers before the election.  Now, he will be all over the place.  How shameful can the MSM get. (GMA especially.)

I can't believe anyone is actually shocked at this. After they brought Wooten on and he was a 'victim' and then brought Wright on and let him play the 'victim' I said to myself "Ayer's is most certainly next because he's their favorite".  Who are today's old school reporters?  Old hippy wannabes!  They stood on the other side of the barricades and reported on the war activists with great intensity and fervor but I think deep down they wished they could have the intestinal fortitude to stand with them.  Back then it was not acceptable to allow bias into your reporting.  Now all the cards are on the table.  The media wants the days of yore.  They want Camelot.  They want their college days back.

Bill Ayers is a carefully chosen friend of Barrack Obama. Born in 1944, Currently a professor of education at the University of Illinois.

1) Leader of the 1960s and 70s domestic terrorist group Weatherman. The Weatherman issued a 'Manifesto', calling for armed opposition to US policies, includig Capitalism and asked white radicals to launch a 'Race War' against 'White Skin Privilege'. Leaders like Mark Rudd (currently a mathematics professor at a New Mexico community college) traveled illegally to Cuba in 1968 for terroist training by Soviet KGB Colonel Vadim Kotchergine, who taught Marxist philosophy and urban warfare. Weather men always spelled America - 'AmeriKKKa'.  

2) "Kill all the rich people. ... Bring the revolution home. Kill your parents." Bill Ayers

3) Participated in the bombings of New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, of the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972. Ayers proudly stated that he didn’t "regret setting the bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough."

In the mid-1990s, Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn hosted meetings at their Chicago home to introduce Barack Obama to their neighbors during Barack Obama's first run for the Illinois Senate.

In 1999 Ayers joined the Woods Fund of Chicago, where he served as a director alongside Barack Obama until the Obama left the Woods board in December 2002.

Review of Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) documents shows that Ayers and Obama each chaired the two CAC operating bodies from 1995 to 2000. Michelle Obama started working at a law firm with Bernadette Dohrn, Ayers wife, in 1985.

In the 1960s, Bernardine Dohrn and her husband Bill Ayers were leaders of the Students for a Democratic Society's "Weatherman" faction, which in 1969 went underground to become America's first terrorist cult.

At a 1969 "War Council" in Flint, Michigan, Dohrn gave her most memorable and notorious speech to her followers.

Holding her fingers in what became the Weatherman "fork salute," she said of the bloody murders recently committed by the Manson Family in which the pregnant actress Sharon Tate and several other inhabitants of a Benedict Canyon mansion had been brutally stabbed to death: "Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim's stomach! Wild!"  Dohrn is currently an Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern University.

Michelle Obama first met Bernardine Dohrn in 1985 when they worked together at a Chicago law firm.
