Randi Rhodes: Birther Demands 'Wounded Black Americans' Beyond What the KKK Wanted
There are different layers of liberal outrage over the demand to see Barack Obama's birth certificate, and leftist radio host Randi Rhodes took it to ridiculous lengths on Thursday. Somehow, these demands "wounded" black Americans in a way the Ku Klux Klan "never aspired to," even if this metaphorical wounding is a much lighter sentence than the death sentences the Klan handed out:
Now that we're done with the birther thing, and we have insulted an entire population of the American people - we have just absolutely wounded, you know, African Americans...we have wounded black Americans...we have wounded the President, we have wounded his family...we've wounded an entire population of the United States of America in a way that I don't think the Ku Klux Klan ever even aspired to, okay.
People are so devastated by what Donald Trump did, and the things that he said, and the racism of the Tea Party, and they've been frustrated for a very long time with whites who refused to accept or acknowledge that the Tea Party had been acting in a racist manner, that they were using covert and overt racism, they were using, uh, you know, things that were right in your face and the basketball reference...and all the other, you know."
Later, Rhodes argued that the Paul Ryan budget and Medicare reform plan passed because the masses are easily distracted by their own racism: "Every Republican except for three have already voted for it [revamping Medicare], and they're on record as wanting to destroy Medicare, thinking 'They [the people] are so stupid' -- because they were able to play the race card, that those people also didn't care about those Medicare -- and that was a bridge too far. Racism, sure!"
She added: "People are so desperate for leadership in the Republican Party that they will listen to Sarah Palin, Donald Chump, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, any goofy m-f that comes down the pike -- they'll give them their ear! And they'll stand up and scream and shout at the rain...and they have no idea how they're being duped! But in the process, people are being wounded!"

All this caterwauling by the obama protectorate is not having any great effect on the country because at this point the country has real worries to deal with. Unless there is a miracle turnaround in the economy by 2012 the voter standing in the booth will only be thinking one thing.... do I want four more years of this.

It seems we've gone through a time warp, I'm just not sure if it's to before the Civil War or the 60's. Democrats represent an overwhelming majority and lay claim to the responsibility of racist organizations, i.e. the KKK. The demand for race cards must be astronomical. I have never seen so many racist accusations or generalizations, nor have I seen them more frequent. The aim is crystal clear, propaganda for 2012, vote BHO or you're a racist. So be it, I can't wait to see the percentage of racist revealed in 2012.

I've had to provide documentation of birth, marriage, and citizenship so many times just living a normal life, I should be permanently hospitalized from all the wounds. I don't give two cents worth where this President was born, but here's the deal. He created the suspicion with his unyielding desire to withhold information of all kinds - birth, military service, scholastic, etc. - that's a fact! And he was able to position himself to run for the most prestigious elected position in the country. If the framers set the requirements for president where they did, and Mr. Obama and handlers decided they'd rather create an air of uncertainty about his meeting those requirements, then it's too damn bad whose feelings are hurt - produce the damn certificate. And by the way, I don't think you have any basis for speaking for the entire black population; most of them don't know you, don't care to know you, and don't think you add an ounce of value to their lives. In short, stop feeling sorry for them, they can handle whatever comes their way just fine without your condescending sympathy.

I just hope we get to see Barry's high-school and college transcripts now. I know for a fact that Harvard University will go out of its way to get a black person to graduate from their college; it is their own way of dealing with white-guilt.
I would like to know more about Obama's slippery father too. Did he have sex with an underage woman? Was Barry's mom 17 when Barry was conceived? Also, what was a 25 year old African doing with such a young and impressionable woman?

1) They won't buy 'white corn' tortilla chips because they're afraid people would think they favor whites
2) If they saw someone shopping for clothes, and that person said, 'I like this jacket, but I don't like the black one - have you got one in blue?' They'd storm over to that person, shaking their fists, and screaming 'What's wrong with the black one?'
3) They refuse to serve fried chicken or watermelon at any picnics because they're scared of offending anyone
4) They are uncomfortable when they see white bedsheets on any bed, and won't allow any in their own homes
5) Wear wide brimmed hats, scarves and sunglasses when travelling through any southern states, lest anyone recognize them
6) Won't read the book versions in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, because the text often refer to the Nazgul as 'Black Riders'.
7) Are uncomfortable when speaking about the African country of 'Nigeria' and its inhabitants as 'Nigerians' for fear of mis-pronouncing the words
8) Dislike saltine 'crackers'

The Liberals, even thought it took Republicans to force a civil rights bill, never move on. In most, or many many cases it has been four generations since the civil war and slavery. In my case four for sure.
Now why is it thrown my face daily from the media I need to change and even to the point of paying reptributions? We are rapidly approaching two hundred years, it has to end some time. In my particaluar case, as well as our family the only link is I am white, and second generation. Three generations of veterans, both males and females have served.
I am lost, now what am I suppose to be guilty of?
