Daily Kos: Blame Dem Losses on Racism
Liberals don't want to believe that anyone would oppose the Obama agenda out of a principled stand against massive government spending and massive intervention in the free enterprise system. It's easier (and dirtier) to blame it all on racism. The leftist blog Daily Kos is keeping up that smear: "It's the black man in the White House, stupid." Michael Moore truly thrilled the blogger called "blackwaterdog" by claiming "Two years of a black man who secretly holds socialist beliefs being the boss of them is more than they can stomach. They've been sick to death since the night of 11/04/08 and they are ready to purge."
MSNBC should be so proud that this blogger frames this smear with a Rachel Maddow segment celebrating all the "achievements" of Democrat-dominated Washington in the last two years. (The lowlight is Maddow celebrating that the "bureaucracy" of private student loans has been removed and it's all wonderfully streamlined and nationalized now. Or Maddow celebrating how health care "reform" is the secret to reducing the horrendous national debt. Or...) Then came the Kosmonaut song sheet:
No one from the MSM will ever dare to say it, even if they think so, otherwise they'll never work in this town again. No one else in Washington is going to touch it with a mile long stick. But Michael Moore said it, and did it brilliantly, so i'm grateful.
I don't blame anyone who is unemployed or lost their home, and they really not in the mood to vote Democrats tomorrow. I can't judge anyone who can hardly bring themselves to get out of bed in the morning, and have very little desire to get out of bed tomorrow of all days, and go vote Democrats.
But this "Republican wave" - how scary, brrrrrr - is not about that. It's not about the "deficit", it's not about "government spending" - they couldn't care less about all this when they were in power. It's not about health care reform or Wall Street reform either. This is about the black man in the White House.
Hitler signs, Stalin signs - always amuses me how those ignorants can't tell the difference - Fox News lies, smears and nastiness, racists emails, "Magic Negro", all that started a long time before President Obama made even one move. Way before health care reform, and even before the stimulus - which not even one economist will argue that it didn't prevent second depression and if anything was too small - it was all a growing reaction to the election of the first black president.
And it's not just the average ignorant teabagger. Their people in Washington are all students of John "that one" McCain. Bone-Head and the rest of the gang just can't stand the sight of a black man calling the shots in this country. Their complete and shameless disrespect for the president of the United States, goes far beyond their regular treatment of a blue president.
At the bottom of the blog is a pile of Obama-loving photos, and at the very bottom is a picture illustrating Obama "keeping hope alive." It's a black man kneeling before Obama's motorcade as if he was having a religious moment. That's where the Kosmonauts think the conservatives should be: on their knees, in tribute to "hope."

Obama was on the ballot two
Submitted by forest on Tue, 11/02/2010 - 7:26am.
Obama was on the ballot two years ago and won easily. He's not on the ballot now, but other democrats are going to lose, and that makes us racist?
Whatever. The longer they refuse to understand what is going on, the longer they will keep losing. Another couple years of this crap, and the Democrat Party may be relegated to the coasts only - until they totally bankrupt those states.

I found this the other day: it says it all. Arguing with a liberalThe web of belief
Submitted by KC Mulville on Tue, 11/02/2010 - 10:06am.
It turns out, after centuries of trying, that philosophy can't find any system of beliefs that can absolutely prove itself. All systems of belief, no matter how scientific and mathematical, simply have to take some ideas for granted. Every system needs axioms (beliefs that are taken for granted and cannot be proved). Usually, you build your systems of belief on axioms that you, personally, are willing to fight for. If you're normal, they mostly come from personal experience. And then, you accept other beliefs only if they don't conflict with your chosen axioms.
MB, I think that video reflects something important. I don't mind debating with liberals who simply have a different set of axioms. But when the axioms are personal insults, that's where the conversations become train wrecks.
When liberals take it for granted that the reason I oppose gay marriage is because I'm a gay hater, or they just assume I'm racist, or they just assume I'm a religious whack job, i.e., when their axioms are merely personal insults, then we can't have a conversation with them. If your axiom is that all opposing arguments must be morally defective, you can't have a conversation.
So many media liberals take it for granted that all conservatives (or Christians, or white people, etc.) are just morally objectionable. They start with that axiom, and they can't get past it. The conversation, then, becomes worthless. Olbermann proves that. Maddow proves that. That's when the media ceases to be a forum for conversation, and becomes a threat to social conversation.

I'VE been paying attention to whats happening in Arizona. Last week there was a shooting in Tuscon that was definitely cartel related. Phoenix last Thursday two people gunned down and both were deported before for known ties to the cartel. Sunday in Phoenix they broke up a home invasion team of illegals. All six have been arrested and deported before. I really believe Arizona has a problem and the MSM is down playing it.
Don't forget the Phoenix beheading.

"Two years of a black man who secretly holds socialist beliefs..."
Since when has Obama ever been secret about his socialist beliefs? His academic achievement records? Secret. His long-form birth certificate? Secret. His purported ability to string together a sentence without a teleprompter and at least ten handlers? Nowhere in sight. But his socialist beliefs? He's been wearing those on his sleeve since before the campaign. Idiots who read and write for Daily Kos are apparently too stupid to figure that out, and too blindingly simple-minded to understand that the reason we don't like Obama's policies is because we don't LIKE socialism.
Get your heads out of the pot smoke and try to salvage some braincells, Kosmos. I mean, it's 95% a lost cause, but those last 5% of functioning neurons really deserve a better end than being asphyxiated because you've got your collective heads stuffed up your rectums.

...is watching adults lose hold of power, going down whining and pointing fingers. Oh yes, guys, it's all about Obama being black. That's why everything we talk about never mentions race, because we'd be fine with a white man doing the same things, of course.
Liberals never understand that other people have principles and values; just because liberals change their position according to whatever is popular or whomever is paying them (Media Matter$), doesn't mean that everyone else is. They act as though we're recalcitrant liberals who just won't go along with the new leader, instead of people who hate socialism. That's fine. That's why their analysis will always be off, because despite all this high-minded philosophizing, they don't understand other people; without power, they have no way to convince other people that they are worth listening to.
