This kind of stuff is one of the main reason that some people came out to vote for obama.  He convinced them that he was going to bring us together and stop this constant bickering between the parties and he would change the tone in Washington.  Instead it has gotten worse and the Whitehouse is instigating it.  They won't destroy Rush but they are turning off the people who for the first time got involved in politics because they thought they were in a crusade to change the government back to being a voice of the people and not just a venue for self-serving politicians and their special interest friends.

What is worse is the Leftist media are parading out these Republicans, like Shrum, who is a complete idiot, and NOT a Conservative, and presenting them as spokesmen for the GOP. Sorry, but Brooks, Shrum, and others have nothing in common with the base. They despise the base and talk down to them. Well...genius without us you lose elections and look at the past to election cycles for proof. When I heard his comment about Kennedy, I didn't take it as a hint that Kennedy was about to die. Look how many Robert Byrd memorial buildings and other things are there in West Virginia, and he's still up and around.

Still, the real story here should be that government resources and people on government salaries are using our White House to attack a private citizen. That was one of the charges Congress made against Nixon in their effort to impeach him. Perhaps this will be the first charge eventually against President Asshat.

Rush parroted every comment made by a dem senator since Ed Kennedy got ill.  He did not add anything, he parroted exactly what was said.  And they get mad at Rush.  The idiots.

the First Amendment, that in part states that no one should infringe on Free Speech. Therefore, I'm certain that Chris Matthews believes Rush Limbaugh has a right to speak his mind.

In fact, Chris Matthews is such a respected journalist and a strong supporter of the First Amendment that he has been selected as emcee for the Association of Electronic Journalist (RTNDA) 19th annual First Amendment Awards Dinner on March 12 in Washington. 

Moreover, at that awards dinner two other well-respected journalists, Charles Gibson and Sam Donaldson, will present the Leonard Zeidenberg First Amendment Award to a third well-respected journalist and strong supporter of the First Amendment, Cokie Roberts.

In fact, journalist Cokie Roberts is such a strong supporter of the First Amendment that as the Media Research Center reported:

ABC's Cokie Roberts denounced as "irresponsible"conservative opposition to the "stimulus" bill and suggested those who voted against it should be punished, declaring on Sunday's This Week: "I just think that when you're in a situation like this, to do nothing is so irresponsible that you can't, you can't get away with it."

Isn't it comforting to know that the well-respected journalist in this country are looking out for our Free Speech, and are honored with an award for this dedication.

I don't think socialized healthcare should be named sought after because of Kennedy.

After all, he doesn't suffer under the HMO's, or wait in line, or have trouble paying his medical bills.

The Dems will use his illness and impending death so as to rush through nationalized health care. I mean he couldn't be the "lion", the champion of this crap, and claim credit after his death!

They need to get on with it now while he is sober and breathing.

When are the voters, who blindly follow the Democratic party line without ever considering why they vote for a particular individual, ever going to wake up and realize who it is that runs their train wreck of a party?  Chris Matthews' latest guest, Bob Shrum has been nothing more than a rehashed propetual loser for the past 15 years, and yet he's propped up there as some political scholar, who should be paid attention.  Begala, Carville, Emanuel are all political whores, or hoods, or both.  The only thing they care about is power and limelight, not the well being of our country. They are not the only hucksters, there are far too many to list.

Even after "buyers remorse" sets in from Obama and his henchmen, and they rid themselves of him in four years, they will still listen to flaks such as the afore mentioned, and vote for some other charlatan, with a big mouth and a mirophone, without so much of a thought, other than the fact that their candidate is a Democrat.  Hey, why not Sean Penn, he couldn't be any worse.
