good thing i like warmer temps and i know how to swim. i almost wish global warming was real just so i could do everything i personally could to increase it, just to piss liberals off, but since it's a spook story there's nothing i can really do to piss them off other than call it a spook story. nothing pisses a liberal off more than to contridict and deny anything they say.

Massive sea walls and cooling centers, lol? How could she leave out the flying cars that double as boats that we'll need to get around all that new water? What an idiot.

If this doesn't prove that some journalists pretty much write what they want, truth be damned, I don't know what will.

One common tenant of all liberals is they always have to try and save us from something. The latest cause de-celeb of course is Man Made Global Warming. It is the perfect cause for them because the reults won't be around for over 50 to 100 years, that way none of them will still be around to take the blame for being wrong. The threats are all hyped to dooms day type senarios. And the so called science isn't even science at all but rather runaway statistical analysis in a computer model where the input variables are totally made up. No one has any idea how much of anything will be in the atmosphere 10 years from now, how can they even predict it out to 100 years?

 I wish those liberals would stop trying to save us from imaginary dangers and instead focus on the real dangers we face as a nation and a people.

Is that a little bit of a "compassionate head tilt" (as per Mr. Tim Blair) there from Ms. Begley? Maybe she's just not all that compassionate to go full tilt.

As I sit here writing this, I have a wonderful dozenth sinus headache this year since Thanksgiving due to COLD air. It will be 10 below zero tonight. My land is covered with a foot of ice, my roof has still not thawed off since the first of December (THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN 60 YEARS OF COMBINED MEMORY HERE) and the bunnies are chewing bark off the trees as they are starving as I can only feed so much horse feed to them.

There is no global warming and as of recent data indicates the sun is starting to decrease it's warmth now in a new cycle which the Canadians in their silt samples have found will occur on a regular basis.

So Mort Zuckerman, here is a challenge, print this and the Truth instead of the whining of Ms. Begley.

Advice for Ms. Begley, you need a real man to set you right in life as you are void of Christian direction and inspiration.

I arrived home in Grand Forks, ND around 11 pm on the 30th of Dec. 1968 and the wind chill was a brisk 50 below. It appears the global warming has resulted in a 20 degree drop over 40 yrs if they are only looking for 30 below tomorrow night. Doesn't say where in ND.

I created my own global warming in 1969; I moved to Texas.

Look at the photo. Ms Begley is obviously being held hostage, probably at Herr Gore's mysterious castle in Tenn. She was forced to write what she wrote under extreme duress, with waterboarding at the top of the list of techniques used on this poor woman. It is said she was also being starved. She resisted as long as she could. In the end, she was simply too hungry to resist, and she agreed to write that we are all going to die unless we do what Herr Gore demands. Gore was so happy he let her have one of his French Fries.

 There was a little poll, that hardly anyone participated in, in the Palm Beach Post, who are the heroes and villains of climate change.  Gore won the villain, in the poll.  Some of the comments were pretty telling such as "Gore used a bogus power point presentation......"  pretty funny. 

What happened, IMHO, is we had a debate on climate change going.  Mr. Gore, ever the politician, inserted himself into the debate and decided to make it like campaign 2000. He did the same things, exaggerating as usual, and it finally caught up with him. Now, those who believe man is causing this climate change, have a uphill battle to convince the public there's really a problem.  Before Gore, it was a debate that could have gone either way now, most people are prone not to believe man is causing this and Gore is ultimately responsible for that.

There is in our society a kind of person found in both liberal and conservative bodies that are philosophically identified as "Apocolyptarians". While currently the Cult of Global Warmingism seems to be attracting those with such arrogantly based thinking, it certainly is not exclusive. However, at this time the Cult of Global Warmingism is the predominant group of "Apocolyptarians" influencing social and political beliefs.

"Apocolyptarians" are generally excited about prophecies of doom. While they will tell you they are not, in truth they are because it serves as a source of self-righteous seperation and superiority from and above others. They are the more enlightened if not Messianic in their ego.

Further, the "Apocolyptarian" actually wants apocolyptic events to occur. Of course, because their mentality is based in arrogance they never really believe they will suffer as others because they cannot view themselves as recipeints of the divine or karma based apocolyptic punishment.

Their want of this has in view the destruction of legitimate powers, legitimate authority and legitimate social structure. The "Apocolyptarian" is fueled by the hope and entertained by the idea that such things will be destroyed and rightly punished for not heeding their righteous prophecy of doom. Hence they can, in and of themselves and imaginarily before God, claim the greatest virtue since in their greatness they saw what others couldn't and wouldn't and they warned others.

But in truth, the "Apocolyptarian" is at best an anti-social misfit, generally a narcissitic and neurotic social nuissance and too often delusional about their degree of importance and enlightenment if not borderline psychotic.

This is not, of course, to challenge or compare with genuine Biblical prophecies of apocolyptic events, But then for "Apocolyptarians" distinctions between that which is genuinely Divine in source and that which is in their own mind has little if any seperation.

Whether in the form of Al Gore with highly esteemed social credentials, in the form of an anti-feminie self-hating appearance of Begley or the posturing intellectuals who manage to preserve their appearance in hopes of a few morsels of attention while bowing to the idol of self such as Dowd, Huffington or DiCaprio, in the end "Apocolyptarians" are those who hopes are found in rebellion toward legitimate order and authority.
Shut up and blog! If you claim to be a conservative, please don't disgrace yourself and conservatism by thinking and arguing like a liberal. Go Rudy!
