'Macaca' Man Works for Richardson; WashPost Says 'Alas,' No Stunts

As Sen. Jim Webb prepares for his Sunday interview on Meet the Press, let's note the well-placed word that demonstrates that The Washington Post still relishes the moment that young S.R. Sidarth first launched the "Macaca" boat. In a small Wednesday item reporting Sidarth now works for Bill Richardson for President, reporter Michael Shear -- who with Tim Craig beat every bush to spread alleged racial bigotry all over George Allen's face -- displayed his opinion by saying "Alas," young Sidarth "is not reprising the role" of opposition camcorder agent.

Here's most of Shear's small item:

Remember "macaca"?

The young man whose video helped bring down former senator George Allen of Virginia has resurfaced in the presidential contest that Allen once hoped to be part of.

S.R. Sidarth, a Fairfax student of Indian descent, is now a paid staff member in the communications office of Democratic presidential hopeful Bill Richardson. He works in the New Mexico governor's Santa Fe office compiling newspaper articles, drafting news releases and performing other communications tasks.

Alas, he is not reprising the role of a volunteer "tracker" he played in James Webb's Senate campaign, when he shadowed Allen with a video camera, hoping to catch the Republican in an unguarded moment. It was Allen's dismissive comment about Sidarth -- "Say hello to macaca, or whatever his name is" -- that helped to doom Allen's reelection bid in 2006.

Also on the WashPost website, AP reporter Beth Fouhy struck up the Macaca band in reporting on the new "Flipper TV" website to expose Republicans. (That's a strange name, considering the flip-flopping John Kerry and now the flip-flopping Hillary Clinton are DNC headaches.) The dispatch began:

Could a "macaca" moment doom Republicans once more? The Democrats apparently hope so and have created a new Web site to help make it happen.

The Democratic National Committee set up http://www.democrats.org/flippertv to post amateur video of the leading Republican presidential contenders as they campaign around the country. Videos there can be downloaded, viewed and even manipulated by voters, who might want to create their own campaign ads to post online.

The Democrats hope that viewers might spot unvarnished moments that were missed by mainstream news organizations.

Fouhy should have written: "The Democrats hope that viewers might spot moments that were missed by mainstream news organizations -- so the news media can rewind and jump all over them after Democratic urging."

The young man whose video

The young man whose video helped bring down former senator George Allen of Virginia......

.....that helped to doom Allen's reelection bid in 2006.

These people are so sad. To take so much glee, to wear as a "badge of honor", the ruining of a man's career because of a single word. Even though they may not agree with the man, aren't these lefties supposed to have compassion? At least show some faux compassion after destroying a man's political career.

What he couldn't find a real

What he couldn't find a real job??????

This is exactly what needs to be done on the Republican side ten-fold. These cheese artists give Republicans thousands of opportunities every campaign cycle. This needs to be a grassroots effort with somebody providing a single outlet for dissemination on a website. Think Youtube for conservatives.

Example: Whomever becomes the Rebublican nominee, plaster multiple campaign stickers (preferably partially covering some Bush stickers), set up a video and watch the fun commence. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

So is Sidarth proud he was called macaca or was it Webb

I like George Allen and would have loved to have voted for him as President in 2008.........but in relating that, I honestly did not care enough to look up what the heck macaca meant until tonight as I care about Newsbusters.

So George Allen was speaking Portuguese Bantu and a stool pigeon for racist psycho Jimmy Webb antagonized Allen enough calling him a monkey........as that is what it means when a Democrat is trying to brand someone a racist, otherwise it just means monkey.

What I don't quite understand is how is Sidarth, who is Indian, even equated with being a monkey in a slur. Correctly, Indians were termed Aryan (Incorrectly for the light skinned Indian is not a full blooded displaced Israelitish people according to the regional term for the light skinned Samaritans exiled by the Assyrians) or later by the British as niggardly, hence the term blacks were known as and now is slur is the boogey man word. (There are indeed Boogey's too as they are south sea pirates who are quite fearsome yet today.)

All genetics, but it is a bit of a reach even for liberals to lump all dark skinned peoples as "monkeys" as Indians do not come from the Congo which is the orientation of the word.
Now if Allen had called him the word of words in British colonial use then perhaps Sidarth could have taken offense or perhaps coolie as some thin skinned types whine about, but macaca is hardly no more offensive than calling a New Yorker a redneck as the term does not fit.

Of course Allen since he didn't spell the world for Sidarth, should have said simply to the false witness Indian whisperer that he was calling him MACCACA which is an online do it yourself boobtube expression site for artists.

Sidarth with his little Nazi camera of footage was like Joe Goebbels making propaganda.

You too can be a Maccacan now.........just join.

I did also bother to look up Siddarth and he is worth a Jimmy Webb look as he looks like a terrorist from 9 11.

Oh well another lovely Indian adding to the American dream like Dinesh D'Souza entering the political fray..............

But then was George Allen calling Jimmy Webb a monkey in his comment saying hello to racist Webb?

If that is the case, I honestly can see a family kin quality between these pictures of the macaca monkey and Jimmy Webb. Both are short, squatty, have pinky cheeks, rather unintelligent gazes off into space and look like they stuff bananas in their cheeks.

I have yet to find though if macaca monkeys have their macaca aids smuggle firearms into the Capitol Building breaking the law and getting away with it like Jimmy Webb nor in college do macaca monkeys go around n*gger knocking as Jimmy Webb said he used to do...........

Amazing revelation about Sidarth in the policy candidates he supports in their private lives....... people beating up blacks and smuggling guns.

Perhaps the Washington Post likes that kind of policy too.

I do hope Newsbusters is

I do hope Newsbusters is already working on a DemocratBusters.com as an adjunct to newsbusters  Truly, this would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

I understand that, unlike the unlimited resources Soros billionaires are pouring into the Democashic party, money is tight, and that Newsbusters isn't an arm of the Republican or Libertarian parties but it has to be done!

In fact, NB should have a far more interactive, all-media element for contributions from imembers.
